When it means to be whole, it is to know that it's okay to be afraid of losing yourself again. That there might be days when you won't have it all together but that it's important to remember you can start over.
You can rebuild.
You can grow different roots.
You can breathe new air.
It is believing that letting go can be an opportune to freeing yourself.
It is giving yourself freely to a change you are unaware will cause on you.
Like having faith that sunshine can come in many different angles and still be as bright as it ever was.

I don't know what to answer for this myself, because I love to sleep in, but I do like to seize most of the day and at the moment I enjoy a peaceful morning tea around 8am, probably going to shift to 7am these days, since I love the sun so much, but during the summer or hollidays I love to enjoy the reflections of the moon too. 😁 Decisions decisions...
I would just say, as long as you do it with balance☯✅ you can enjoy all three twice as much! I think. Hehe.

Does yoga make you dull? I read a random experience of someone online that they were scared that after prolonged practicing of yoga that it had made them dull, passionless, and boring. That when conflict would arise in front of them now they didn’t even want to defend themselves and their yogic pacifism was making them afraid that they were being taken advantage of. What do you think? Have you found yourself here?
In my opinion, Yes, yoga teaches us to find restraint, kindness, non-violence, stillness and to keep our emotions from controlling us- but it doesn’t have to mean that we give up our personalities- it doesn’t mean that when we’ve been wronged that we just step aside and let others walk all over us, it does not mean that we should not defend ourselves. Yoga helps us discover our truth- and to defend kindness good, and truth where it is challenged. To me, not taking action when wronged is the equivalent to stealing happiness from yourself, taking your truths and burying them. Taking your good & kindness and tossing it away. Floating to Bakasana:
I show 3 versions in this video.
The first is a low jump to Bakasana without floating into a handstand first.
I find this version a little more challenging because you have less control and you can’t stall out and control your lower.
Nevertheless it is fun to try. You might want to put a bolster or something soft near your face in case you hit your nose or chin. As you jump forward, tuck your knees in, hug your arms in by engaging triceps, and use your fingertips to control the forward motion and allowing you to land on the back of arms. Once you make it to the arms, curl your toes to the ceiling.
Also, lift your gaze and try to open the chest a bit. if you float back to chatturanga, make sure you lift your toes so you don’t stub them. As you float the legs back, send your chest forward.
The second version, I float to handstand first, however, I keep my hips from going up and over. It is more of a tuck, and is a bridge between the first and 3rd.
The third one i am stalling out with my hips way over my shoulder. I find this version the easiest, as u tend to like to use my low back. For the second and third version, it is helpful to be able to hold at least a 10 second handstand.

I had a few people ask me what i do when I got frustrated learning a new yoga skill? WELL, I can tell you what I DON’T do and that’s give up! When I’m learning something new I know it’s going to take patience and time! I know I’ll fall ALOT! And I mean a lot 🤣 I use to get frustrated and mad and let that consume me but after last year and learning about myself more I learned to detach from that frustration in anything in my life. That definitely includes my yoga skills! I can tell you this hollowback pincha is hard for me. I’m trying to figure it out and some days I think it’s great and others I just have to walk away! My biggest problem is dropping my butt more as I pull through. The heart opener and shoulder stretch is heaven! I don’t get upset like I use to. I just take a few seconds and try again. If I have had enough I’ll step away from it for a couple of days and regroup myself. I can stay on this for an hour or more. That’s how much I love it. 🤣 I’m not a quitter, but I also know with yoga asanas it happens when your body is ready! I know that sounds crazy but it’s true! So practice, don’t give up, detach yourself and most importantly have fun. Learn to enjoy the stretch or the technical part of it.
