  • When I was 19, I started yoga. A year later, I began practicing Ashtanga yoga. It was the hardest challenge I have ever done in my life. Practicing Ashtanga brought me closer to myself and God. It led me to a beautiful path at such a young age. I have met wonderful and beautiful people in the past 6 years. And I want to say . . .
THANK YOU. .

.
Thank you for being a part of my journey. Thank you for the advice and love you have given me. Thank you for the support and encouragement you have showed me. .

I am truly blessed to have yoga in my life.

  • Not all girls are made of sugar and spice, and everything nice.
Some girls are made of sarcasm, wine, and everything fine.
🤘🤘🤘
Keep doing you and see you in shavasana.

  • ✨Home Sweet Home✨
Spent yesterday Unplugged, in my Pjs and finished the New season of the OA (which was mind blowing fantastic 🤯😍) put our Moroccan spices to good use with some chicken sausage and eggs 🤤🤤🤤🤤 and decompressed from staying awake for over 26 hours straight journeying home from the other side of the world to now packing our bags with all our bathing suit gear to hop on one of the largest cruise ships in the world right now that our company paid for to celebrate what all us coaches do to change lives everyday and I could not be more excited! We actually get a vacation from our vacation 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ I hope you all are having a wonderful day and going after the desires upon your heart 🙏🏼💜 If you are curious about my company and how you too can use your platform to build an income doing what you love while being gifted trips and friendships for being the inspiring badass that you are then be sure to follow my adventures and ask me how to come with me next year 🥰🙏🏼💜 #LifeByDesign #TeamNourish #BeTheChange

  • Yoga fact: you can get a lot out of a seemingly easy pose just by activating your muscles differently and exploring different rotations of the joints. Life fact: the world is full of hateful, toxic people who will find something wrong with everything you do. These people need yoga.

  • Sat Nam, 🧘‍♀️This week in my classes I will be teaching the fifth and final Sutra in our series 💫”Vibrate the Cosmos and the Cosmos shall clear the path".💫 ⭐️This is such a beautiful Sutra which I believe ties all the other Sutras together. It’s about connecting to our source and from there we connect to ourselves and our unique gifts and then we connect to how we can be of service to others. ⭐️Joseph Campbell talks about following our bliss and doors will open where there were once walls. In Paulo Coelho's book ‘The Alchemist’ the old King teaches the boy to connect to the soul of the world and when we go in search of our personal legend the whole universe conspires to help us. ⭐️There are many different versions of these teachings which come down to this; when we vibrate the Cosmos we are in harmony with the Universe and when we are in harmony with the Universe anything that our soul desires is possible. ⭐️A sure sign that we are not vibrating the Cosmos is living in fear. I find that when my vibration is in harmony with the Universe, I feel peace, my life flows and opportunities seem to pop up all around me. Even when there are issues I can find a way to move through them. 🧘‍♀️Meditation, yoga and nature are some of the best ways for me to connect with the Cosmos. It takes me to my Shunia point (zero point) where I am one with all. 🧘‍♂️However you connect whether it be yoga, meditation, a walk in nature, painting, gardening whatever, just keep doing it. In this day and age we need as many people as possible connected to the vibration of the Universe and living their purpose to uplift this planet. 🧘‍♀️My classes this week at Soul Flow Yoga : 🧘‍♂️9.30am Monday 🧘‍♂️9.30am Thursday
See you on the mat.❤ Big love,

  • “To seek truth requires one to ask the right questions. Those void of truth never ask about anything because their ego and arrogance prevent them from doing so. Therefore, they will always remain ignorant. Those on the right path to Truth are extremely heart-driven and childlike in their quest, always asking questions, always wanting to understand and know everything and are not afraid to admit they don't know something. However, every truth seeker does need to breakdown their ego first to see Truth. If the mind is in the way, the heart won't see anything.”

  • Through the simplest adjustments we can completely transform a pose and challenge ourselves and our body further, for example by simply bending our elbows in a downwards facing dog pose we move into a dolphin pose. The simple act of bending our elbows takes us to a completely new place. In yoga, and in life it is those small changes, small adjustments, small explorations that allow us to grow. Everything happens with these small decisions, those small steps. So keep doing all those small things, eventually they will accumulate and have a big impact. #smallthings #yoga #yogapractice

  • No one can hand you the wisdom that comes from an embodied experience. If you want to truly know, you must go and do it. The more I study this yogic life, yogic way of living, the more I realise that everything is about the experience, experiencing the present moment, experiencing your body and everything this life has to offer - consciously and fully awake, not looking into the future or back into the past but seeing today, being here today, being here in your body, fully aware. That is why no one can tell you what this life is about, because you have to embody your own experience of life. #yoga #experience #loveandalliscoming

  • Stayed home on this rainy day to work on my handstands and achieved my longest hold ever recorded 😆🤸🏽‍♀️
.
Watch till the end of video one to see my sheer delight lol! Then be sure to check out video number two after I decide to take my shirt off and get serious only to be sabotaged by Mr Blanky 🙈🐶
.
On another note, be sure to join me for a donation only trauma informed Vinyasa class tomorrow here on the east coast of Tassy @galleryparnella 5:30pm! This event has been provided to the community in partnership with @multiculturalcounciltas to celebrate Harmony Week and everyone is invited at 7pm for dinner where attendants are invited to bring a cultural dish to “break bread” together as a community! Yum yum! 😋🤤
.
This Sunday I’ll be back in Melbourne with @tanya_shrigaia for Bendigo Yoga Festival! We will be sharing a discussion on “Showing up- The practice of vulnerability and authenticity” at 3pm, followed by an offering of a 5pm embodied Vinyasa Flow practice! Hope to see y’all there 🙏🏾🕉

  • Week 3 of yoga teacher training done ✔️ we have been doing so many pose analysis and adjustments lectures, and the main thing I have learnt in the last few weeks is that the best way to understand a pose is to do it! Get yourself in a pose and play around, see how it feels, what happens if you move your feet wider or closer together, what happens if you move your hips or any other part of your body, what happens if you tense certain muscles or look in a different direction. By truly experiencing the pose from every angle you can you will learn how that pose should feel and you will also learn how that pose shouldn’t feel. And I would encourage you to do that in your practice regularly, it will give you more autonomy within your personal practice, because you know your body best. I know I’ve said it before but it goes back to stepping on your mat and forgetting about how a pose should look like and truly just experiencing it. Yoga is there to help you learn more about yourself, and those poses are just tools to help you understand your body, so it’s all about the EXPERIENCE over APPEARANCE 💙 #yoga #yogapractice #EXPERIENCEoverAPPEARANCE #loveandalliscoming
