I always do Sun Salutation flow to warm up my body 🧘🏻♀️👍🏻 usually , I repeat 12 times for both legs 🦵-
If you’re looking for a way to start a yoga practice in the comfort of your own home. Here is a beginning sequence that is a great place to start. The Sun Salutation is a graceful sequence of twelve positions performed as one continuous flow. Each position counteracts the one before, stretching the body in a different way and alternately expanding and contracting the chest to regulate the breathing. The sequence also flexes and stretches the spinal column through their maximum range giving profound stretch to the whole body. Practiced daily it will bring great flexibility to your spine and joints and trim your waist. It limbers up the whole body in preparation for the other Asanas (postures) that are practiced as part of a regular yoga routine. Repeat 5-10 times (or more) bringing right leg back then forth first THEN left leg back then forth. For a nice easy practice ☺️
Feel free to modify to increase or decrease difficulty. Follow your body nothing should ever hurt, cause strain or pain. 🙏🏼✨

عوامل مختلفی می تواند باعث درد در ناحیه کمر شود از جمله:
*خستگی *پوشیدن کفش پاشنه بلند
*ضعف عضلات شکم و...عضلات ثبات دهنده *نشستن های طولانی مدت
*ناهنجاری ستون مهره ای(گودی کمر)
روزانه با انجام چند سِت حرکات کششی و البته به طور صحیح، میتونید از درد کمر پیشگیری کنید و یا اگر دچار کمر درد هستید، درد را کاهش و تسکین دهید.
