I used to have in my mind thoughts like “when I achieve something, I will have this, or I will be worthy living like this, or I will be happy“.
And when I noticed them I started to changed them. “I am worthy of living my dream life right now, I don’t need to change or be someway. I am already perfect. I am already worthy. I am abundance. I am love. I attract into my life opportunities aligned with my hearts desire. I am happy. I am at peace. I am content.”
You can manifest any dream life. Anything is possible. What I have been learning and realizing is that if it’s not from your heart and in alignment with your truth something will always feel is not right.
And your relationship with yourself is precious. .
Happiness and peace comes from within.
Love yourself everyday. Know about yourself. What do you like and don’t like. What your body is telling you. Treat yourself as your best friend.
Fall in love for everything that you are. Discover your truth, what makes sense for you at this moment. You are constantly changing and shifting and that’s ok.
What thoughts are on your mind? What are you telling about yourself? .
Take responsibility for your life.
Start making choices that feels right instead of trying to please others.
Live your life for you!
You don’t need anyone’s approval but your own.
When you start to pay attention to your intuition and follow it, it will become clearer.
Trust the Universe and surrender to the Divine Timing.

Spring is here with its full glory, generously. This is the time to regenerate ourselves; not just on body but in thoughts and spirit also. Have been thinking a lot about generosity a lot recently- what is it really to be generous? Are our relationships with our fiends & colleagues transactional & functional or is it spirited, understanding & giving? I believe the whole practice of art of yoga must contain generosity towards colleagues and students. Sharing your knowledge fearlessly, sharing your practice sincerely, sharing your time and energy with devotion only contributes to being a better and happier person and a teacher. The real richness is in spirit, in giving without expecting anything back nor in calculating, comparing and holding on to what belongs to you. After all these years of yoga practice aparigraha should be in place. Otherwise we are stuck in asana practice and not yoga. Message from #casavaledelama ‘I would like to talk to you because your retreat is during Easter time and we would like to have a pizza dinner event in our garden on the 20th of April.
We sometimes have dinner events for the outside costumers plus our own in house guests. Since it is Easter weekend it would be great to have this event.

There is evidence of a prime creator, being the Fibonacci sequence which is a signature in all biological lifeforms. Similar to how an architect leaves their signature in the work. There is intelligent natural biological design that much is certain. 🗯
Though there are also multiple sub creators. does one think god would want ya destroying the nature he made, in exchange for some units of currency? Come on!

DIA 29 - #30DIAS30ASANAS - Dandasana (DANDA = vara, bastão) - Prancha Lateral - Os pastores de vacas de Vrindavan eram liderados pelo pai de Krishna, Nanda. Nanda decidiu um dia honrar o soberano dos céus, Indra, através de um ritual. Indra cria as nuvens, e sem as nuvens não haveria chuva e, portanto, nada para alimentar o gado. Mas Krishna sentiu que deveriam honrar o gado e as montanhas, porque eram pastores de vacas, não fazendeiros ou comerciantes. Ele queria honrar o Monte Govardhan e esquecer Indra. Os outros pastores concordaram e realizaram um ritual. Indra ficou zangado porque o povo decidira não honrá-lo e por isso criou chuvas torrenciais e trouxe ventos fortes para o Monte Govardhan. Para proteger as pessoas e o gado, Krishna segurou o Monte Govardhan num dos seus dedos como um cajado, criando um guarda-chuva. O gado e os pastores ali ficaram refugiados. Por sete dias, ele segurou-o assim. Indra ficou muito impressionado com esta acção divina e após o sétimo dia as chuvas pararam. Por fim, Indra e Krishna tornaram-se amigos e Indra honrou Krishna ao banhá-lo com a ajuda do seu elefante.
Esta postura parece simples, mas na verdade usa muita energia muscular.
DICAS: Começa numa posição sentada, com as pernas esticadas e juntas. Braços ao lado do corpo, mãos ao lado das ancas, palmas das mãos voltadas para o chão. Coluna direita e alongada. Pés flectidos. Drishti: ponto em frente.
Fortalece os músculos das costas.
Alonga os ombros e o peito.
Melhora a postura.
Hatha Yoga é o sistema de Yoga introduzido por Yogui Swatmarama no seu livro Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Este sistema de yoga é o mais popular do mundo, e o sistema que deu origem a diversos outros estilos de yoga.
Uma das características do Hatha Yoga é a plena atenção na ação. Ou seja, se estamos a executar o asana (postura física) devemos estar totalmente presentes. Se estamos a praticar um pranayama (exercício respiratório) devemos estar com plena atenção à respiração.
A prática inclui posturas (asanas), exercícios de respiração (pranayama) e meditação / concentração /relaxamento (dharana e dhyana).
Na língua sânscrita cada palavra pode ter vários significados.
Numa leitura literal os elementos que compõem essa palavra, as sílabas “ha”- significa sol e “ṭha”-lua
De um modo geral, “ha” é a energia solar, luz, actividade, a energia masculina. A silaba "Tha" representa a energia lunar, passividade, receptividade e energia feminina. Representam forças opostas e complementares que existem no Universo.
Então quando falamos em Hatha é a busca do equilíbrio destas duas energias, a transcendência da identificação com as dualidades e a união com uma consciência superior.

During meditation, the grand central station-like cable of nerves connecting your two brain hemispheres, the corpus callosum — becomes deeply stimulated, much like a joggers legs on a long run.
Deep meditation offers your nervous system a super fertile atmosphere, triggering enormously positive transformations in your body and brain.
Just as higher levels of exercise force your body to strengthen and develop, the higher levels of deep neurostimulation and brain entrainment provided through meditation forces your nervous system into optimal performance.
Your entire nervous system and brain are transformed and reorganized on a higher level. A foundation of new neural pathways is constructed.
Your left and right brain hemispheres communicate to a degree never seen before, producing what doctors call whole brain functioning.
In a scientific experiment, patients were given a first-time brain scan and then asked to meditate for a period of eight weeks. In each instance after the eight week period all secondary brain scans showed an increase in the thickness of the brain’s cortex in both areas of sensory processing and attention.
In addition, doctors reported a notable growth in new neurons (neurogenesis) in the brain, an increase in brain connections, branches and newly created pathways. There was also a report of the widening of blood vessels which indicated an increase in blood flow to the brain, and scientists believe that these results are only scratching the surface of the benefits of meditation, there is much still left to be revealed.
Some days, yogic powers are in full force!

O rei Rama, uma das encarnações de Vishnu, retornou à Terra para restaurar o Dharma ou a rectidão. Mas depois de viajar pelo mundo e testemunhar eventos terríveis entrou numa profunda depressão. No entanto, Vasistha, viu este estado de espírito como uma grande oportunidade, porque é preciso primeiro ver as rachas no tecto antes que alguém possa começar a ver a luz que as atravessa. O rei Rama estava na verdade à beira de um avanço espiritual, mas ainda não sabia isso. Assim começou um diálogo, entre o rei Rama e Vasistha, que ficou conhecido como Yoga Vasistha, um dos principais textos de filosofia e mitologia do Yoga e que aborda o jivanmukta - o estado da alma que é libertado enquanto vivo.

What is your intention deep inside when you practice?
If your intention is mainly to attain asanas , you may get there but if you don’t you will suffer because the core of your intention was that.
If your intention is to attain health you may bring health and vitality to the body but if the practice don’t resolve your health problems or don’t bring health in a timeframe you expect you will suffer or blame the method. If the heart of your intention it’s in the spiritual core of the practice in a way of Self realization it will not matter if your physical practice is advanced, or if you have a fitness body. Of course we use the body as a way to experiment deeper layers of ourselves and we challenge the body to bend the mind learning the asanas and having a proper diet. But this is definitely not the goal of the practice. You don’t need to be healthy to practice yoga. Sick or injured people can practice under proper guidance. What matter is the heart of your intention. You may feel you practice for mental clarity and peace but what if you still confused , sad and depressed after practicing for some time? Is it working? Is that for me?
It may take a lifetime to have all the answers. Are you willing to have faith and practice no matter what? #alliscoming

The #pinealgland has been known as the ‘seat of soul’ for hundreds of years. Could #fluoride , a ubiquitous vector of toxicity in the modern world, actually be calcifying this gland and literally turning it to stone?
Research published in 2001 showed that fluoride (F) deposits in the pineal gland with age and is associated with enhanced gland calcification. Eleven aged cadavares were dissected and their pineal glands assayed: “There was a positive correlation between pineal F[luoride] and pineal Ca[lcium] (r = 0.73, p<0.02) but no correlation between pineal F and bone F. By old age, the pineal gland has readily accumulated F and its F/Ca ratio is higher than bone.” This is the not the first research to implicate fluoride in contributing to so-called ectopic calcification, or the calcification of soft tissue. We address this in a previous report on the potential for fluoride to calcifiy the arteries.
What Is The Pineal Gland?
The pineal gland is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain, and is sometimes called the “ #thirdeye ” as it is a light sensitive, centrally-located organ with cellular features resembling the human retina.
One article describes the role of the pineal gland in more technical terms here: “The role of the nonvisual photoreception is to synchronise periodic functions of living organisms to the environmental light periods in order to help survival of various species in different biotopes.” The pineal gland is best known for its role in producing the hormone melatonin from #serotonin (triggered by the absence of light) and affects wake/sleep patterns and seasonal/circadian rhythms. Like a tiny pea-sized pine cone it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres and is a unique brain structure insofar as it is not protected by the blood-brain-barrier. This may also explain why it is uniquely sensitive to calcification via fluoride exposure.
Technically the mammalian pineal gland is neural tissue, and the cells within the pineal gland — the pinealocytes — have characteristics that resemble the photoreceptor cells in the retina.
You can go on retreat in the city.
Have you thought about that?
You can do a silence retreat at home and even walking in your neighborhood.
You can even go on hermit mode.
When you cross the emotional “sound barriers” of what being alone can signify for you due to society and the ancestral behavior in your genes, you experience freedom, strength and serenity about being with yourself, about people who may have let you down.
When you get to a point where you don’t feel anxious or sad for being alone, you’ll stop being alone and you will be on your own instead.
When you get to that point, you’ll no longer jump into some relationship with the first person that shows up, you won’t have to throw yourself and have the need to insist from an anxious point that can only be soothed by an answer.
And you’ll also not avoid people based on the excuse that you “need time for your self”. Both are fear talking.
And that’s not in romantic relationships only. You’ll see more clearly through the intentions of others who come close to you.
When you gather, you’ll forget “I need this”, you’ll forget convincing and manipulating others, you’ll forget “I’m doing this because it’s what I feel, what the others do or how receive my demands,etc, is their problem”. ✨Your empathy will flow and will reciprocate From those who get touched by it.
The same with the generosity from selfless love. (And that means doing without thinking of what you’ll get in return or complaining about it - “I’m always giving and supporting people and then they are selfish!”- have you heard people with that discourse? Are you one of them? Thats typical discourse of people with an attention-seeker behavior. With are doing things with an end in mind, who try to act selfless in order to get recognition. Whatever path you need to walk to get over that, painful or cheerful, when you drop that you’ll feel the reward! .
