⠀ 👀 У нас который день подряд дует ураганный ветер, летают деревья, идёт дождь и я нормально даже в лес уйти не могу. Восстановить энергетику и баланс. ⠀

⠀ 🎃 - Дорогая, я лечу в Вену в командировку (муж). - Шикардос. Лети хоть на землю Диксона. У меня тут куча детей , памперсы и Погода Омнище мокрое 🤢. - Но может ты со мной хош? (Почти что обиделся муж). - Куда? В Вену? Воображение нарисовало опять все эти сборы с мешками подгузников, колясками и тд ради.... чего? Что я в Вене не видела? (Даже танцевала на балу с кончитой в прошлом году кста- и не такая уж она (он) конченная. Поёт круто.) - Нее, ты сам сам голубчик. Я дома посижу. 🤣🤣 ⠀

⠀ 👀 А потом мысль в голову закралась - Лена, это ТЫ? Всем известное дело - мне никогда (!) не лень ехать /лететь куда угодно с каким угодно количеством детей. А тут  меня манит ДИВАН 🛋?? Свой унитаз 🚽? Что со мной такое? Или это возраст? Или все ж давление 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  • Don’t mind me, I’m just over here doing comparison photos and crying over how big my babies are 😭 Tonight I asked #yogaboy and #yogababy to help recreate one of my favorite yoga photos of our #yogafam. It proved to me how big they are, how smart they are, how much they’re learning from me, and how maybe I’m doing this whole mothering thing pretty darn well. #tuesdaytransformation #transformationtuesdays

⠀ 😍 Что для меня йога? Навеяло вчерашним вопросом в Директ. Автор, без обид 🙏🏻😘 Но мне надо теперь порассуждать. Вы, наверное (отчасти) смотрите сторисы и думаете - больная женсчина.  Рвёт куда-то когти, родив пару дней назад, вместо того, чтобы лежать и отдыхать 🛏 в кровати. Начнём с того, что в кровати мне физически лежать не возможно. Средний сын просыпается в 7 утра, старший в 07.33 (ок, ок иногда в 07.40) 🤪 , младенец спит пару раз за ночь . Парней надо выпихнуть из пижам, умыть, дать одежду, сварить им кашу, накормить и бла бла бла. Все как у всех. (Хорошо дочь уже самостоятельна:) Потом отвести в сад (выковырять младенца из кровати, одеть, одеть парней, гаркнуть раз 13 «какого хрена вы ещё сидите). Придти из сада. И....⠀

⠀ 🌪 Дома ждёт меня КОВРИК. Йога - не повинность. Йога - наслаждение. Йога - выход из стресса моих будней. Не будет йоги- я буду уже не я. Не будет позитива безграничного. Мне не откуда будет его черпать 🤷🏻‍♀️ это для меня йога. Я наслаждаюсь. Кайфую! Выброс адреналина и эндорфинов радости у меня не от шоколада друзья.  Как этого достичь? Нужны грамотные учителя / мотиваторы/ проповедники. Все начинается в наших головах. Мы хомосапиенсы и все наши оргазмы идут из 🧠 мозга 😍. Толчком под мой тощий (тогда ещё,не сейчас 🤣) задок была поездка в Индию. Я это писала не однократно. Общение с более опытными практиками вставило мой ум. мне хотелось медитировать, мне хотелось пранайямить часами. Я вернулась другой. Но (!) я была к этому готова. Всех нас ведут по жизни и у каждого своя точка дозревания до чего бы то ни было 😍 Поэтому утренние пыхтения на ковре - это моя благость и радость. Чем с вами делюсь 😘⠀

  • C’EST QUOI TA VIE?
- Faire de son mieux -
S’appliquer, s’investir, donner de son temps, de sa personne. Il n’est pas question d’être parfait ou meilleur que les autres, simplement de faire de son mieux, en accord avec sa propre conscience. La compétition a tendance à annihiler l’esprit d’entraide, elle fausse même parfois la vision que nous avons des efforts faits par autrui, nous poussant à penser qu’il pourrait, devrait, faire plus et mieux. Pourtant il est question de faire de son mieux et de faire confiance à l’autre sur le fait que, lui aussi, le fera. Refaire gagner le soutien et l’entraide car ce que je fais quand je fais de mon mieux n’est pas toujours égal à ce que tu fais, alors nous pouvons nous aider pour, ensemble, atteindre l’objectif. 
J’aime à me bercer de l’illusion que ce que font les gens autour de moi, bien que cela ne soit pas toujours parfait ou optimal, est ce qu’ils ont pu faire de mieux avec leurs moyens et leurs ressources du moment. En un sens, cela me permet sans doute de m’épargner la frustration que peut amener la rancune.

Ne serais-je locataire de moi-même? .

Hier j’ai quittée mari et chats pour m’isoler au peu. Besoin de souffler dans un autre environnement, besoin de ne pas dépendre des autres pour quelques heures, besoin de manger quand j’en ai envie, besoin de ne plus courir après une montre, un créneau, un timming. Un moment à moi, pour moi et de moi. Ok, à demi partagé mais bébé calme. .

Est-ce le yoga qui nous donne l’envie de s’isoler et de ce retrouver seul(e). Durant ma pratique je m’isole car dans ma bulle, dans mon mouvement. Mais en tant qu’enseignante, je ne prends pas assez le temps de retrouver « mon yoga » et d’en tirer vraiment les bénéfices. Je pratique tôt le matin mais dans l’objectif de m’échauffer en vu de mes cours. À tors je ne prends pas le temps pour un bon savasana ou un bon Nidra. Je suis dans ce que je fais sur le moment mais avec toujours un objectif ou du speed derrière. Et cet objectif est rarement de me sentir « bien ». Mais qu’est ce qui m’empêche de prendre du temps pour moi? .

Du VRAI temps? 
J’ai une réponse à ma question: Tout simplement MOI. Et quand vient le moment où tu te sens fragile, tu ressens de besoin de te réaproprié, redevenir TON propriétaire et non pas juste locataire de toi même. .

Toi et toi seule (quoi que dans mon cas...). .

Ça te parle? .

  • Those snuggly newborn days spent with RJ cuddling on the sofa are well and truly over for me. I’m into the follow-my-baby-everywhere stage. He has been crawling for a while now while its more like army crawling he recently has picked up speed and alot of it. He aint no driving miss daisy but more like the fast and the furious speeding off into the distance or something like that and I'm like so desperately trying to keep up with him don't blink cause before you know it where he was safe he is now under the coffee table banging his head and about to fall out the end, so then I move him BLINk for a sec and he's heading over to the electricals move him again BLINK now he's heading Into the kitchen BLINk the laundry you name it 😯 he throws out his squeals of excitement like it his new fav game whenever I go to investigate and pick him up, it's not even remotely funny sometimes. He hasnt worked out the dangers of crawling he just keeps moving forwards and of the late has decided his new fav which is climbing on and pulling himself up to standing ahh excuse me little guy let's just master one thing at a time, hey!. One last thing as I could go on and on... As you know but there's nothing more I enjoy then buying him cute little outfits and putting them on him but the newness is gone by the end of the day as now they all have crawling dirt marks on them and it's not just from my floor lol or when I'm feeding him lunch once he goes to grab that spoon it's a mess disaster.. Oh boy the little baby I welcomed just 6 mths ago is now exploring the world and taking charge and fighting so hard for his independence the baby days are fast disappearing this 4th time around he is so close to being a toddler but I am not ready to put the baby days behind us yet, I want to slow down time and soak these moments up before they are gone.

  • Together we are one; because everyone deserves to feel safe 💖 I explained to my 3-year-old this morning why I was wearing a headscarf today (in fairly simple terms), and she understood - hopefully doing my part to raise an inclusive, peaceful, loving and more aware next generation. .

As I went about my day doing kindy dropoff/pickup, a business meeting in town and teaching an outdoor yoga session, I had nothing but support. However, I know this isn't always the same experience for the Muslim women in our society who wear their headscarves every day. Today I'm sending love and light to all those affected by last Friday's tragedy, and to all those in the Muslim community 💖 #christchurch #headscarfforharmony #peace

  • In my early thirties, I have struggled with many self-doubts #stress and #anxiety and many physical problems. Feeling confident in my skin and self -doubt become daily wage a war against me And that would continue for a number of years. In my early thirties when started to practice #yoga. As the yoga class began, I watched how my body moved in the mirror in front of me. I’d never really looked at myself in the mirror in a loving way. It was always to inspect my flaws, self-judge and criticise myself. For the first time I watched as my delicate body moved slowly within the outline of my mat. I started to feel grounded. I started to practicing something I’d never tried before, I was able to bring myself into my body, letting down the barriers that I had built up.Through my daily practice As I stretched my muscles and massaged my internal organs, I noticed where I held tension ,sharp aches of pain that wanted to be released. Today, as I can almost 8-9 years of my #yogajourney has made me feel better in my skin and how to stay focused on my path.

It was always to inspect my flaws, self-judge and criticise myself. For the first time I watched as my delicate body moved slowly within the outline of my mat. I started to feel grounded. I started to practicing something I’d never tried before, I was able to bring myself into my body, letting down the barriers that I had built up.Through my daily practice As I stretched my muscles and massaged my internal organs, I noticed where I held tension ,sharp aches of pain that wanted to be released. Today, as I can almost 8-9 years of my #yogajourney has made me feel better in my skin and how to stay focused on my path.

  • I’ve been quiet here recently. I’m still around, doing yoga, being a mummy,  doing Taekwon-Do, just getting on with things. I am trying to cut back on social media and concentrate on me a bit more. I’ve had a little MS flare up, my eye this time and it’s that little tap on the shoulder I probably needed right about now...To remind me to look after me and not worry about everything getting done. So, no, my house is not immaculate, I’m not mastering any new, complicated yoga poses, or  remembering my black belt patterns well. But that’s ok 😊

  • IDEENLOS Auch wenn ich mich bemühe, mir fällt gerade nichts geistreicheres als dieser Arm für einen Post ein. Die Socialmedia-Frühjahrsmüdikeit vielleicht. @sandra_von_zabiensky hat in ihren Storys übrigens gerade was ähnliches gesagt. Woran es liegt? Keine Ahnung. Ich will nichts verkaufen, die Welt auch nicht retten, niemanden davon überzeugen, dass er mir folgen muss, um der Erleuchtung näher zu kommen. Marketingkatastrophenfall also. Und mir gehts richtig gut dabei. Nichts machen zu müssen, sondern zu tun, was gerade getan werden muss und zu tun, was Freude macht. Heute waren das schöne Gespräche, in der Sonne sitzen, Aufräumen, was im Weg lag, Laufen, Meditieren, Atmen, Asanas üben, den Kindern zuhören, ein paar Mails beantworten, auf Spotify nach Vogel-Songs suchen, das 8sam saugen, Post holen, gesünder Essen als sonst, Ideen für die nächsten Workshops sammeln, anfangen, Texte zu schreiben. Schön war das heute. Und ihr so?   • So I don’t think I’ve ever said a proper hello to Everyone here on social media and introduced myself!! So HI 👋 I’m Katie! I live in Somerset with my beautifully crazy little family including my partner joe and our two little girls 💖 who are my 🌎 we relocated to Somerset almost 4 years ago  from Essex where I was born and raised, not New Zealand as where most people think I’m from 😆 After school I left and went straight into work where I spent some time modelling and most of my career in my twenties working in insurance! I was eventually made redundant from the city and decided to pursue my passion and train as a yoga teacher in London.  One of the best decisions ever made!! I am passionate about healthy eating and spend a lot of time reading health food books and articles relating to health. The human body fascinates me how it moves how it heals  everything! I love films all genres, and enjoy a cheeky G &T! I would live on the beach if I won the lottery but I never play! If I had only one wish it would be that a cure be found for Type 1 diabetes.  My life long goal is for me and my family to live a happy and healthy life! So there me in a nutshell 😆 tell me something about yourself would love to know more about those that follow me!
