• crushes walnuts
• sunflower seeds
• coconut oil
• almond butter
• a little cacao powder
• cinnamon
• flaxseed meal
• hemp hearts
• chia seeds
• chocolate @canadianprotein

The hardest thing about this cleanse is that you have to be prepared. I went over to my boyfriends family’s for dinner and made these desserts so I wouldn’t feel tempted and I passed the test🙅🏼‍♀️

Although they aren’t sweet, with a slab of natural almond butter on them they cut the craving perfectly🙏🏼

Incluem por exemplo desvios posturais, encurtamentos, baixo nível de força ou cardiorrespiratória, doenças ou lesões, etc... A partir daí, consigo estabelecer quais serão as prioridades de cada etapa do programa de treino do aluno, assim o treino fica específico e seguro, e os resultados serão mais rápidos e duradouros.  O treino é enviado em tabelas de semanas, e toda semana o aluno recebe um treino diferente, que eu mudo métodos, exercícios e cargas de treinos. Tudo o que o aluno faz é marcado: em cada exercício estará o peso, repetições, tempo de descanso, gasto calórico e muito mais... Caso surjam dúvidas, nossa equipe está disponível para tirar todas as dúvidas, dando suporte técnico, ensinando sobre métodos de treinos, exercícios corretos, etc... Comprando agora um dos pacotes, você receberá de brinde uma sugestão geral de alimentação, um e-book com mais 300 receitas fitness e um e-book sobre alongamento.
