1️⃣ Deadlifts - 10 reps
2️⃣ High Pulls - 10 reps
3️⃣ Push Presses - 10 reps
4️⃣ Static lunges - 8 reps each leg
5️⃣ Sumo Squat Pulses - 20 pulses
6️⃣ Pushup with side rotation - 10 reps (5 each side)
