2019 is all about doing more of the things I love, #personalgrowth , and achieving #goals .
Along with career ambitions and travel dreams, getting back to #weightlifting is a focus this year and it feels ssooo good to be moving again after a couple months off. Week 1 is always rough, but despite the rust, this 48kg (90%) #snatch and 53kg (83%) #cleanandjerk felt decent. 5 weeks till I compete at the Occam Back Alley Rumble with my @fourhorsemensc team!!! Time to #focus and get #aggressive . 💪😎🏋️♀️

Some may say 13 is an unlucky number, but not me. Right now we're back in am endurance phase to help the muscles get used to time under tension so rep ranges between 13 & 20. Each week increasing the rep by 2 and sticking with the same weight. We will work this block for 4 weeks training push 2x week.
