Friday feeling!!!! Não sei vocês mas eu amo aproveitar ao máximo o final de semana!!! Definitivamente ficar no sofá ou cama o final de semana inteiro não é uma opção!! Trilha, praia, roller, corrida!! Dedico meus finais de semana ( quando não tenho jobs) pra fazer tudo que eu gosto e um pouco mais!!! E você já tem planos pra esse findi!!??

Imaginaries and Visions in the Age of Artificial Intelligence“, at @museomaxxi - „an exploration of the technological and surreal imaginary of the artists of today, from computer-generated dreams to creative algorithms and avatars that question the meaning of existence.“ Fondazione MAXXI.

Do you workout 🏋️♂️ at the weekend or is that your designated time off?
Likewise, do you stay on track with your nutrition 🥗or are the weekends time to let loose, and 🍔 and drink 🍸 whatever you fancy?
It’s important that we take at least one day off per week to rest so our bodies can probably recuperate, and of course it’s nice to have a treat 🍨 now and again, but consistency is key to getting the results we want.
