Today’s ha’ehuola #mealprep was an eggplant/zucchini marinara on ciabatta with lightly caramelized onion/garlic with garlic aioli and hemp parmesan. If there’s one thing I love in this world that is not @eguchi_mane and fry, it’s #veganitalianfood . I fucking live for it!! I had made the leftovers for my boss who said he wanted to keep eating them until he could no longer comfortably breathe 🤣 and yes he’s Italian 🇮🇹 #vegan#plantbasedinparadise#veganfoodshare#yasbitchvegan
For dinner tonight, I was in the mood for brown rice. I boiled some in a pot with salt and pepper. In a pan, I prepared onions and garlic in filtered water. I added ginger, salt, pepper, red and yellow bell pepper, broccoli, tofu, apple cider vinegar, and molasses. I stirred it all together and put it over the rice. It was filling and bursting with incredible flavor. For dessert, I made a blueberry banana smoothie bowl. I used frozen blueberries, a banana, and almond milk. I topped it with chia seeds, sliced banana, and non dairy chocolate chips. This was an amazing Thursday meal.

sorry for being mia these past couple of days. i have been trying to eat a little healthier for the sake of my own health lmfao but i made this healthier spaghetti yesterday that people wanted to know the recipe for. i used wheat spaghetti noodles, spinach, frozen mixed veggies, red onion and unsalted canned tomatoes. i seasoned it with black pepper, a little bit of turmeric (not for flavor, just to get some extra turmeric in my diet) and everything seasoning. i decided to put it on top of the tomatoes to give the tomatoes flavoring instead of just dumping a bunch of salt on the noodles. this was super tasty and i honestly didn’t think i would like wheat noodles or a spaghetti dish without mock meatballs. but i would recommend this if you’re on a budget. all the ingredients are super cheap or you can sub the recipe for things you already have!

One failure does not make you a loser. Learn from your failures. It is ok to fail in something which you were not meant to be. Keep striving to become a better version of yourself. Keep moving forward. Keep learning new things. Keep hustling. It's never too late to start something new.
Also, I feel that the reason behind my good personality is because of eating a vegan diet and moderate exercise. I admit that I am not a perfect vegan. Sometimes, I do eat cheese pizza, butter roti in hotels and clarified butter. However, I completely avoid animal milk, meat, fish and eggs. My diet consists of
1)Foods made from whole grains like wheat, rice, millets, jowar, etc. 2)nuts like peanuts, almonds, cashews, pistachios, date palms etc.
3) Seasonal local fruits - Banana, apple, chikoo, carrot, beetroot, mango, strawberry, pineapple, orange
4) Huge amount of green leafy vegetables like
cabbage, spinach, cauliflower,beans, guava, peas, potatoes, tomatoes etc.
5) pulses and lentils like. dals, moong, rajma, etc.
