If you want bigger arms, train triceps more often.. I’ve been neglecting mine recently, but today I decided to do chest and triceps and focus on a close grip bench for my main lift👌🏼 I also did these exercises and a bunch of cable tricep extensions.
Not pulling my weight yet, but I am glad to be doing vertical pull after tearing both lats last year. Week 14 of recovery. I'm ramping up my training, but trying not to overdo. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
Another underrated exercise 💪🏽
🔵 People usually avoid this variation because it's harder to cheat and lift heavy while doing these curls.

First no flex on this profile.. Smashed arms and chest and back today, they finally repaired the pull machine so back is rightly fucked, current arm size is 16.6 inches or 42cms, really big gains on this front despite the fat I've cut.
