If you want bigger arms, train triceps more often.. I’ve been neglecting mine recently, but today I decided to do chest and triceps and focus on a close grip bench for my main lift👌🏼 I also did these exercises and a bunch of cable tricep extensions.

🐷😁Many people struggle with overeating! The most common time to overeat is right after you finish your meal!

Below 👇we will see some “techniques” than you can implement to avoid this overeating!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

♦️Go for a walk or do some work outside of the house/kitchen! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⏰If you resist to keep eating, for about 15-20 minutes, then you are going to feel satisfied and chances are, that you will avoid to overeat!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
♦️Consume fiber rich / high volume foods!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥗More volume, means more satiety. Pick voluminous foods or add of some veggies to your meal!
