Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with heart and soul there is no such thing as separation.
Only those people, who previously operating and forcing exclusion and seperation, need later integration.
Experience life in all possible ways --
good-bad, bitter-sweet, dark-light,
summer-winter. Experience all the dualities.
Don't be afraid of experience, because
the more experience you have, the more
mature you become.
Sadness gives depth. Happiness gives height. Sadness gives roots. Happiness gives branches. Happiness is like a tree going into the sky, and sadness is like the roots going down into the womb of the earth. Both are needed, and the higher a tree goes, the deeper it goes, simultaneously. The bigger the tree, the bigger will be its roots. In fact, it is always in proportion. That's its balance. #OSHO

Así es la vista desde el imponente Waynapicchu después de subir la escalera más grande que me ha tocado en la vida!

Today marks one week since the terror attract in Christchurch. Friday 15th March, just after my flight landed in Nelson, I was scrolling through social media and saw the attack on every news page. I couldn’t believe and wouldn’t believe it had happened, especially in NZ. I was in utter shock and my heart was broken.
Over the years I’ve had friends, colleagues and students I’ve worked with that were Muslims from all over the world. They have been one of the most loving, generous, kind hearted people I’ve ever met.
May our Muslim brothers and sisters that we’ve lost Rest In Peace and thank you for bringing our nation together and making us stronger as one.
This is a typical photo of NZ. Our country is still safe, it is beautiful and our people are friendly and welcoming and always will be.
