  • I spent my last day of February planning for March. I wrote it on a notebook so it felt very official 😂 One of the highlights of that plan was to be more active and be healthier and then baaam! first 15 days of March I was sick (after yearssss of not getting sick). I am sooo happy to breathe fresh air again and enjoy the sun! 🌴 Don't forget to drink your water and your vitamins! 😉

  • Greece or Texas? 😉

Happy first day of spring y'all!! 🌸

And yes this is Texas! It's actually in a town called Utopia, so it's pretty fitting to me! My utopian town would probably look something like this! Definitely with flowers everywhere! What would be in your perfect town?

Outfit details:

  • Being underwater is one of the easiest ways to transport yourself into a totally foreign world. A world where you’re weightless and free. Where everything is silent and peaceful. That is, until you have to come up for air....
.
.
Although I love snorkeling, I’ve never really considered getting my scuba license, but since this trip, it’s crossed my mind a couple times.
.
.
Anyone out there have their scuba certification?? Seems like a lot of work to me, but is it worth all the fuss?

  • 6am on a Monday morning on the coast of Morocco in Taghazout. 🇲🇦 My friend woke me up in the hostel to catch the sunrise, being accompanied by a big group of stray dogs to join us was magical. A perfect morning by the Atlantic Ocean followed by enjoying the cute little coffee shops by the sea. Taghazout is a quant, surfer town for the perfect escape from the bustling and busy city of Marrakesh. 🌍

  • ☀️ Just like the sun that always rises the next day, the Creator, too, will always be there tomorrow for you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stress and fears cannot coexist with certainty in the Light and in the process of your life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Every experience has good in it and was created for your spiritual growth. At times when life seems unendurable, remember the enduring sun ☀️

• S W E E T | F L I G H T | G R O W | Going through my photo album I came across this beautiful picture that I took whilst travelling a few years ago
.
.
.
This experience truly captures all three prompts as the orangutans eat sweet bananas, fly through the trees to forage, roam, rest & of course it is the place they grow
.
.
.
Thanks to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre they have a place to grow, thrive and exist in such a beautiful natural habitat with no walls & boundaries
.
.
.
Things have been a bit busy this end of the line so the #dearmarchphotochallenge has suffered a bit. That being said these challenges are great for dipping in and out of.

  • Adorable and playful kids in the back streets of Kampot, Cambodia. Another unforgettable time in the quiet and peaceful river town, speeding around on motorbikes up into the mountains and blogging in some of the cutest cafes and meeting fascinating people.
I’ve noticed a lot in regards to kids around the world, and the happiest seem to have the least. They appreciate the little things and not over spoilt with belongings and possessions. Kids I meet in the more poor and third-world countries, seem the most playful and silly. The most free and relaxed. Traveling has taught me countless lessons, but one main lesson is about happiness. It does not stem from things, or money, or even the amount of friends you have. Happiness comes from the small things in life, understanding value and appreciation. These kids aren’t always looking for more, for bigger and better things, they’re not built in a society of greed and rights, invasive technology and comparisons. Life gets complex for us all, but think about what really makes you happy. Enjoy the little things, what you do have, live, laugh and love.

  • Staying further into the jungle of Lombok means my daily commute down to the main road a lot more interesting. Watching the locals go by, taking their animals back home. I was staying at a small jungle Airbnb during Ramadan, which meant the entire island was almost empty. Spending endless hours driving around on a rented motorbike through parts of perfectly untouched and unfiltered land across the island of Lombok, Indonesia.
