Here’s a meal I’ll make when I’m in a rush. @lightlifefoods has awesome chick’n tenders that I cut up into bite sized pieces and pan fry with mushrooms, leeks, a bit of BBQ sauce and Mrs. Dash’s garlic and herb seasoning. This goes on top of brown rice and makes for a quick stir fry. I make my rice in a slow cooker with coconut water to get as many nutrients as possible in. Try it out!

Random recipe I made that taste really yummy!!!! •2 cups of water •1 cup of long grain and wild rice •1.5 tbsp margarine •1/2 clove garlic • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (less or more) • Milk to cool down spice. (I added quite a bit) • 1 tsp pepper • 1 tsp salt
But honestly this tastes good!! You can figure out how long you want your rice in the pot. :-)

Contrary to all scientific research on the subject, it IS in fact possible to eat oneself sick on rice krispie treats. .
