  • Serving you a lil throwback because I've been feeling like I needed a bit of distance with Instagram. sometimes it gets so overwhelming and it makes me feel so anxious and extremely lowers my self esteem not only because I compare myself to others visually but also long term, other aspects of life which I won't  go into. But I just wanted to come on here and say that if you ever feel like you're never doing enough ,not showing your full potential or wished that you had the opportunities that others are provided with. You're not alone. Don't  throw all of your hard work in the bin because you are worthy ,you are you and without you the World wouldnt be the same ❤ and trust me I am not making shit up for attention! This really comes from my heart

  • All these negative comments about my wrinkled belly and that my stretch marks looks ugly just wanna make me show my stretch marks even more. 
It's a natural thing for a woman to get stretch marks under a pregnancy and it's easier for women who are skinny like me to get a lot of stretch marks. But i don't see stretch marks as ugly! I said it once before.. i gave birth like a viking and hell yeah i am proud of my tiger stripes🐯😤 And it's funny, because those who said that my stretch marks are ugly are all men😄

Please show more respect to a women who was pregnant once or is pregnant.
We women deserve an applaus for our tiger stripes! 😊🐯💗

viele Leute streben danach und ich würde lügen, wenn ich nicht manchmal genauso denken würde. Höher, schneller, weiter, größer..in gewisser Weise völlig in Ordnung leistungsorientiert zu denken und auch so zu handeln. Doch ab einem gewissen Maß kann dies auch in die falsche Richtung gehen. Krankhafte, zwanghafte Veränderungen, die uns in unserer Lebensqualität einschränken. Wollen wir das wirklich? Ist es uns das wert? Und sind wir so glücklich? 
Diese Fragen sollte sich jeder einmal stellen.
Dieses Bild ist in meinen Augen auch nicht perfekt. Rasierbrand unter den Achseln (😂), die Taille wirkt ungünstig in dem Winkel und der Sport-BH saß auch schonmal besser. Klar könnte man das bestimmt ganz einfach mit paar Klicks bei Photoshop korrigieren. Doch ist das mir wert? Nein. Steht zu dem, wie ihr seid 💞

Nawet jeśli trenujemy naraz całe ciało to i tak warto uwzględnić nacisk na partie na których szczególnie nam zależy. U kobiet będą to głównie ramiona i pośladki toteż na nie można dać więcej ćwiczeń😄 dodatkowo całość można wykonać mając tylko sztangę, więc w razie tłumów na siłowni wystarczy tylko jedno miejsce.

Na filmie macie:
1. Martwy ciąg + przysiad - bezprzecznie jedne z najlepszych ćwiczeń na pośladki i dwugłowe
2. Przysiad z wyciskaniem oburącz sztangi w przód - z wejściem na palce stóp angażuje łydki
3. Wiosłowanie jednorącz - można też oburącz jeśli macie uchwyt, plecy ustawione równo, brzuch napięty
3. Zakrok z wyciskaniem jednorącz - ta sama strona wyciska co noga zakroczna
4. Pompki z jedną ręką na sztandze - dużo większe obciążenie jednej strony przygotowuje do pompek na 1 ręce
3. Przekładanie sztangi na boki siedząc - nogi w górze , stabilizacja tułowia i mięśnie brzucha.

Albo na rundy po 1 min, lub na powtórzenia np 15-20, 3-4 rundy

🇺🇸:Even if we are training the entire body at the same time, it is worth taking more focus on the parties we particularly care about. In women, they will be mainly arms and glutes.😄 the whole routine can be done with only a barbell, so in the event of crowds in the gym you only need one place.

On the movie you have:
1. Deadlift + squat - without a doubt one of the best exercises for buttocks and hamstrings
2. Squats with the barbell press both hands- engaging the calves with the entry to the toes
3. Rows one hand - you can also use both hands if you have a handle, the back is straight, keep abs tight
3. Lunges with press - the same side works (hand and leg)
