Feels so good to be back working out with ma girls ✌🏽 exercise helps us stay fit but when you do it with friends it takes you to the next level.
Here are my top 5 reasons to work out with friends:
We all are full of lame excuses and it’s also easy to hit the snooze button in the morning BUT, if you know a friend is waiting for you, chances of hitting that snooze button is less.
Any exercise becomes more fun, with a friend.
3. MOTIVATION AND DETERMINATION
I would personally hate, to slack when I have teamed up with a friend for exercise. If not an hour, I will certainly show up for 30 minutes. Friends keep us more motivated.
Determination is something that only “we” can work on. But, having friends support always helps boost this determination.
4. YOU CAN TRY A PERSONAL TRAINER
Personal trainers are generally very expensive. So the more friends you have the cheaper it would be.
5. SHARING PROGRESS
Instead of feeling envious of one’s progress you can just try and push yourself harder.
It’s great to challenge each other. Do exercises that need partners. And with all the laughing involved time will just fly 💪🏽👯♀️

Progress is going good at the moment, even if this felt heavy as hell 😅👌Trying to work on my Setup, making it be the same every set + really finding the perfect stance and Bar-Position immediately + having strong tension from the first Rep on. Routine is good! Helps me focus on the lift and also safe energy.
Dumbell Benchpress 3x10 with 36kg after that, last week was 3x9 with 35kg, so Progression also for this is going good💪 Second set on Video.
