but even so 🤷🏻‍♀️ i looked at myself today and i was like wow i love myself. 
i’ve been pretty hard on myself about my body image in the past week but you know what you gotta just love yourself 💓

love yourself enough to fight for your health and happiness, and to work to better yourself.
but the first step is to accept where you are now, and realize that this lifestyle is not a punishment, but a way to take care of your mind and body

Feels so good to be back working out with ma girls ✌🏽 exercise helps us stay fit but when you do it with friends it takes you to the next level.

Here are my top 5 reasons to work out with friends:

1. ACCOUNTABILITY 
We all are full of lame excuses and it’s also easy to hit the snooze button in the morning BUT, if you know a friend is waiting for you, chances of hitting that snooze button is less.

2. FUN
Any exercise becomes more fun, with a friend.

3. MOTIVATION AND DETERMINATION
I would personally hate, to slack when I have teamed up with a friend for exercise. If not an hour, I will certainly show up for 30 minutes. Friends keep us more motivated.

Determination is something that only “we” can work on. But, having friends support always helps boost this determination.

4. YOU CAN TRY A PERSONAL TRAINER
Personal trainers are generally very expensive. So the more friends you have the cheaper it would be.

5. SHARING PROGRESS
Instead of feeling envious of one’s progress you can just try and push yourself harder.

It’s great to challenge each other. Do exercises that need partners. And with all the laughing involved time will just fly 💪🏽👯‍♀️

Reprogram your thinking and channel your energy in a different direction
It takes time but trust yourself 
See yourself more clearly

This last week I have been repeating my own personal affirmations to myself at the start of my day. When I start to feel anxious or unsure these words I mentally repeat to myself, give me that boost, that confidence
.
Find those words that resonate with you. Be patient. Listen and believe them... You are wonderful
