💕 He made her feel like her 'crazy' was nothing to hide and so she rolled down the windows, let her hair loose, and played the song of her heart for all of the world to hear💕 -We we’re cruisin along to the Grand Canyon when I looked over and saw this gorgeous field and mountain backdrop and I immediately screamed “omg pull over!” Lol I love road trips for this reason that you can just pull over whenever you want and take in the sights 🤗 and more quality time spent with this guy is always a plus @scott.fetter 😘

Sometimes you have to create your own magic✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heyyy I’m back! Took a bit of a break while we got settled into our new home. But here with another SF shot! It’s easy to get caught up traveling to other countries that you forget what’s on your own doorstep! I grew up in the east bay and was able to go to San Francisco on the weekends and it wasn’t until I moved away that I realized how lucky I was! Now every time I’m home I take advantage of it and explore as much as I can! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do you like exploring your hometown? What’s your favorite things about where you grew up?

Asia has definitely some of the most incredible sunsets 🌅💛
Never underestimate the power of a sunrise, especially your own. The world is made for dreamers, who disprove impossibly everyday. Life may seem daunting and goals far away, but your inner light is always on the break of dawn. 🌇 #lulusambassador ✨✨ _______________________________________________________

I loved sunrise at Pidurangala so much that I went back for sunset! As the sun dipped behind clouds, people started to leave thinking that the sunset was over. For those of us that were still there we were stunned when the sun re-emerged beneath the clouds for a few minutes until it finally went to sleep for the night. I turned around to see the sky behind alight with colour. Everything about this sunset was spectacular ☺️🇱🇰 which accurately summarises my time in Sri Lanka ❤️
Some of you think and say that they need another person to travel with before they start to travel to places. I think traveling solo does not always mean that you're alone.🌏You meet marvelous people along the way and make connections that sometimes last a lifetime. I think its an imvestment in yourself, cause traveling alone not only pushes you out of your comfort zone. It also pushes you out of the zone of others' expectations.☺️
So I cant wait to start my solo roadtrip in less then 2 weeks! Did you ever traveled solo?

I came back from vacation and was kind of slapped by reality. Sometimes I wish I could just be on permanent vacation drinking wine and watching sunsets and not having to deal with real life. .
While we were gone we were able to travel to Tuscany to visit our wedding venue. It was a magical few days filled with way too many plates of pasta, delicious wine, and the best views around. Can’t wait to walk down the aisle here to my best friend surrounded by my closest friends and family 💜💜💜
Keep looking at this time....👀👀👀!
Me la paso viendo esta hora!👀👀👀!

an early 20th-century style and movement in art, especially painting, in which perspective with a single viewpoint was abandoned and use was made of simple geometric shapes, interlocking planes, and, later, collage.

Knock, knock, knockin’ onnnnnn the Royal Palace of Fez’ doooooor! 👸🏼🤴🏽
While I’ve been told the 80 hectares of the Royal Palace are divine, they’re not open to the public. Instead, you can marvel at the beautiful brass doors, surrounded by carved cedar wood and colourful mosaic tilework.
The gates date back to the 17th century, and are one of the few places in Fez that aren’t drowning in tourists and locals alike. Catch a taxi for 10MAD (80p) from central Fez to this picture perfect spot. 📷 #livewithelle

Since I got here a little over two months ago, I’ve discovered all that Oaxaca has to offer in three different ways: by myself, with my free-spirited artist friend @gabywoody and her boyfriend, and with my fun-loving cousin @kristynrafuse and her boyfriend @cyborg_from_hell (I’m a very good third wheel apparently 🤷🏼♀️). It feels like a three-part book where each part has opened my eyes to something different. Being solo forced me to get by with the little Spanish I know and got me to enjoy all the little everyday things that ultimately made me fall in love with this city. Being with my artist friends brought safety and familiarity in navigating some of the less-than-perfect aspects of travel, and the tranquil moments we shared were a perfect awakening to the beauty of this city we chose to escape to.
And finally, being with family was, simply put, a wild adventure. We discovered bars and restaurants I’d never gone to, drank our fair share of mezcal (which I‘ve come to love), ate our way through markets (with sometimes questionable meat), indulged in some history and art, chilled on rooftops, and most of all, met a lot of people. Locals who would strike up a conversation with us at bars or markets and say how happy they were to see people visiting their city, and who told us a bit more about this still under the radar part of Mexico. We talked about mezcal and languages and culture and racism, a kind of open dialogue that is so important and appreciated. It was a great week full of experiences I might not have had if I’d been alone.
Now I have about a week left by myself to quietly say goodbye to this city. Oaxaca, your cute streets and perfect weather and amazing food and surprising mezcal and friendly, welcoming people have utterly seduced me. We’re almost at the end of the book, but I promise I’ll come back one day for the sequel. ✌️
🇬🇧 Creativity wants courage.
Today, almost by chance, in one of my thousands of daily tweaks, I came across this sentence by Henri Matisse.
Nothing could be truer, at a time when courage is the drive that gives me the energy to go on, even when the challenges are always more complicated and that human tiredness sometimes tries to make me come back back.
The courage of one's choices, the courage to be oneself. Because trying to be someone else's copy or to satisfy the expectations of those who are so different from us, we would never be truly happy.
One of the things I was looking forward to the most in Costa Rica. Playa Santa Teresa is known for being one of the best places in the world to watch the sunset. And it did not disappoint. The pink skies, the amazing waves and the gorgeous surfers took a piece of my heart last night 💜
Here time stopped. The water stopped running as dunes crossed it's way and the lack of humidity in the air 'froze' this tree in time, so they will never decompose.
This place is called Deadvlei = Dead valley. But what I saw on this valley was not death. I saw a tree just existing.
Just a tree lifeless and deathless.
What a horrendous tragedy to think how many of us are like this tree? Just existing.
Huge Announcement! My poetry book will be released in April!!! 💕✨💫🌞🌙 More details and sneak peeks to come soon!

My favorite thing? When you're so in love you don't need any prompting from me to get in close and stare deeply at each other. When I don't have to tell you to flirt with each other or whisper sweet nothings in her ear and you just go for it yourself.

- I could just watch these beautiful animals for the whole day every day. 🐘🐘 In Tarangire there are hundreds of elephants
Y no🚫
Happy instamartes, super people! Y si no es tan happy, pues tampoco pasa nada😝
