Enjoy the journey because there is no real end destination. Happiness is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it.
Been absolutely loving the new schedule and being out of an office job. I’m still putting in crazy hours but transitioning from an employee to a business owner has given me the flexibility to incorporate some great outdoor fitness circuits during the day. 🌞 🏝 😎

플라잉요가 말고 첫번째 전통요가 촬영 사진들 드디어 나왓어용~ 천천히 하나씩 올릴게요 ^^ Finally~ pictures from my first yoga (not aerial ㅎㅎ) yoga photoshoot are here~ I was extra excited about it because it took place at the beach ☀ I thought about which poses I could do WELL in front of a real photographer (AKA not JH ㅋㅋ) AND in front of other fellow yogis. Definitely not any type of handstand, because I am still not confident in that area, and not a headstand because of all dat sand in the hair, but I thought why not an elbowstand? I got pretty confident in my pincha game thanks to this wonderful yoga journey 🙏 But OMG I was not prepared ㅠㅠ The sand somehow may it harder to balance because you sink into it (??) But not only that, I have always practiced my pinchas on a STRAIGHT surface and this beach has some beastly angles to it that I never thought to account for. I failed miserably getting into this pose the first two times. 사실 좀 챙피햇어요 ㅠㅠ Everyone was watching and inside I was kind of freaking out. But I took a deep breath. Kept thinking. I can do this. I can do this. Focused. And on the third time, guess what. I did it :) 드디어 성공!! 💪 I felt very proud 뿌듯뿌듯하네용 😊.
🎬 Blue skies sailing into the SoCal weekend. Have a great one.

Pardon our french but ...W The F?! .
According to the EWG's analysis of test data from the Department of Agriculture: - "Nearly 70 percent of the produce sold in the U.S. comes with pesticide residues." Most surprising (and disheartening) is that USDA tests reveal KALE to be among the most contaminated vegetables. - > 92% of kale samples had two or more pesticide residues detected (some single samples contained up to 18 different residues). . - Via EWG: "The most frequently detected pesticide, found on nearly 60 percent of kale samples, was Dacthal, or DCPA – classified by the Environmental Protection Agency since 1995 as a possible human carcinogen, and prohibited for use in Europe since 2009.
Overall, the USDA found 225 different pesticides and pesticide breakdown products on popular fruits and vegetables Americans eat every day. Before testing, all produce was washed and peeled, just as people would prepare food for themselves, which shows that simple washing does not remove all pesticides." .
