For the sweet & sour dumpling filling (26 dumplings) heat 2 tbsp canola oil in a pot over low-medium heat, add 1 small onion (chopped), 3 cloves of garlic (minced), a ca. 2 cm long piece of ginger (minced), 1/2 small cabbage head (finely chopped) and let everything cook for about 3-4 minutes before adding 200g chopped mushrooms. Let everything cook for another minute and add 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp brown sugar.

Stir everything together and after ca. 5 minutes the filling was ready🍃

For the chili broth that goes on top of the steamed dumplings I simply mixed together 100ml vegetable broth, 1 tbsp canola oil and 1 tsp chili flakes 🌿

  • 🍽️Продолжаем делится рецептами блюд из постного меню ресторана "Жигули".Оладьи из цукини (на 2 порции): 2 средних цукини помыть, очистить от шкурки и потереть на средней тёрке. Добавить 2 ст. ложки муки, соль и перец по вкусу. Придать получившейся массе форму оладьев и выложить на раскалённую сковороду, смазанную растительным маслом. Обжаривать с обеих сторон до золотистой корочки. Подаются с грибным соусом. Для приготовления грибного соуса понадобятся 1/2 луковицы, 1/2 моркови, 2-3 среднего размера помидора, 2 шампиньона. Морковь, лук и грибы помыть и мелко нарезать. Обжарить морковь и лук в сотейнике 3-5 мин. Добавить нарезанные кубиками помидоры и тушить на среднем огне, постоянно помешивая. Add 2 tablespoons flour. Salt and pepper to taste. Give the resulting mass of pancakes form and put on a hot pan, greased with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden color. Served with mushroom sauce. To prepare the mushroom sauce, you will need 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes, 2 champignons. Wash carrots, onions and mushrooms and chop finely. Fry the carrots and onions in a skillet 3-5 min. Add diced tomatoes and simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, salt and black pepper to taste. After 5 minutes the sauce is ready.   • Meleleh cheesekut nih oiii.. Sedapnya! 🤤🤤🤤 Resipi cheesekut tiramisu tanpa nescafe! 
Bahan-bahan
• 250gm cream cheese tatura
• 1/2 cawan susu pekat • 1/4 cawan susu segar
• serbuk koko
• biskut marie perasa coffee
• susu segar utk celup biskut

Cara-cara
• satukan cream cheese , susu pekat dan susu segar. Blend sehingga sebati
• celup biskut dalam susu segar ( 2 3 saat terus angkat )
• kemudian lapiskan dengan cheese • setiap lapisan cheese tabur serbuk koko
• simpan dalam peti ais selama 1 atau 2 jam • siap * bekas lapik plastik dulu kalau nak potong kat luar.
* kalau taknak cheese leleh nipiskan lapisan cheese dan lebihkan layer biskut

I made this yummy lunch without even realizing that it’s completely vegan friendly!! First vegan post on my page!🥳 (Embarrassingly long overdue). Preparing this went surprisingly fast, and it was really simple! The sauce was so good I couldn’t help licking the spoon as I cooked 😅

Recipe:
🌟 Chop veggies: carrots, white onions, green beans, sweet red pepper, bamboo strips, ginger, mushrooms. Add to skillet on medium-low heat.
🌟 Add curry sauce to vegetables and stir (I used Bangkok Curry Sauce I found in kaufland).
🌟 Add coconut milk (or coconut water) to make the mixture more fluid (you can skip this step if you want)
🌟 Cook brown long-grain rice
🌟 Combine rice & vegetable sauce (I also added coriander on top because I love it 🤷🏻‍♀️)

This made me 4 portions at 263 kcals each 🥰

  • Bärlauchlaibchen sind in der Bärlauchzeit immer ein beliebtes Rezept.⠀
Zutaten für 4 Personen: 800 g Faschiertes, 200 g Bärlauch, 2 Eier, 1 Prise Paprikapulver (edelsüß), 2 EL Senf, 1 Stk Zwiebel, Salz und Pfeffer, Öl zum Ausbraten⠀

Zubereitung: ⁣Den Bärlauch waschen, Stile entfernen, die Blätter fein hacken. Zwiebel schälen und ebenfalls klein schneinden. Bärlauch, Zwiebel mit dem Faschiertem, Senf, Ei, Parikapulver zu einer Masse verkneten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Aus der Masse kleine Laibchen formen. Das Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Laibchen beidseitig goldbraun braten. Eine tolle Hauptspeise für die ganze Familie.⠀

RESIPI HOKAIDO CUPCAKE

Bahan A
4 biji kuning telur
3 sudu besar gula castor(gula blander)
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla(Ok kacau2 je gune whisk ke senduk ke smpai sebati)

Bahan B
4 Biji putih telur
4 sudu besar gula castor(gula blander)
1 sudu kecil cream of tar tar or 1 sk perahan lemon(mix 20 mnt hight speed smpai jd merengue)

Bahan c
ayak tepung gandum 1/2 cawan+1/2sk baking powder
Dan sedikit garam halus+2sb tepung jagung atau custard *Bebalik pd telur kuning  td boleh masukkn susu cair 1/2 cawan sket2 dan kacau rata
*Minyak 1/4 cawan atau dalam 5sb kacau jugak. Masuk tepung sket2 smbil kacau
*amik 1 senduk merengue td msuk dalam adunan dan kaup balik Dan seterus smpai abis
*Masuk dalam cup 3/4 atau hampir penuh
*Panaskan oven 180 5 mnt masukkn cup kek nye dan turun kann
suhu 160 atau 170 masa 20 hngga 25 mnt atau smpai permukaan perang cucuk lidi kua berseh

Filling die( pilih salah satu ya )
( A ) CREAM CHEESE
125 g cream cheese
3sb atau nak manis lebihkan gula icing
Mix smpai kembang+sedikit perahan lemon kalau nak masam sket xnak xyah
2sb whipping /susu cair bg filling leleh2 sket 
pilihan xnak letak xpe
Mix sebati masuk piping beg gunting ujung die dan paip kan cupkek

Penyediaan krim kastad –
( B ) KRIM KASTAD
1 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu besar tepung kastad
4 sudu besar gula
200ml  susu segar
1 biji telur (L size)
1 sudu besar mentega 
Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam periuk. Kacau sehingga tidak berketul. Masak sehingga pekat.
Bila dah sejuk paipkan ke dalam cupcakes menggunakan nozel, taburkan gula icing dan siap dihidang..
Slmt mcuba semua..

  • Straight from the oven,can you smell it? Galaktoboureko.

Recipe:

Custard filling:
1/4 glass  melted butter
3/4 glass semolina
3/4 glass sugar
4 glasses full milk
1 cinnamon stick
Vanilla extract or a vanilla pod
Grated lemon rind
Pinch of salt
3  beated eggs.

Pastry:

Thin filo dough, 150gr. melted butter.

Sirop:

1 glass sugar
1 glass water
Lemonpeel, squeeze of lemon juice,3 cloves,cinnamon stick.. Cook a custard . Notice that the eggs go in at te last minute,after  the mixture has cooled down.
Butter a deep baking dish,layer  the filo ,brush with butter between each layer . 4 double layers on the bottom , 4 doubles on the sides. Let the filo overlap.
Put the custard into the dish and cover with again 4 double layers of filo dough. Brush the top with butter and carve the pastry into squares,not to deep.
Bake in a pre heated oven 175C / 350F  for 50 minutes or untill the pastry has colored to your liking.. In the meantime cook the sirop for  about 10 minutes and let it cool down.

Immediately after removing the galaktoboureko from the oven, ladle the  sirop over the pastry. 
Let cool down and enjoy!  Sprinkle some cinnamon powder over the desert if you want.
