@Buffalo Bills GM Brandon Beane said the team is undecided about exercising DE Shaq Lawson’s 2020 fifth-year option.
Lawson, 24, is entering the final year of his 4-year/$10.278M rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $1.851M for the 2019 season.
Lawson appeared in 14 games for the Bills last season (6 starts) and recorded 30 total tackles, 4.0 sacks, five pass defenses, and two forced fumbles.
The Bills selected Lawson with the 19th overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Juju’s stats compared to TY’s. Obviously this is only one year, and I picked the best statistical year for both of them (my personal opinion). TY had a great year, but I think there is no doubt that Juju had a much better year. Juju will be a better player, but right now TY is better. (TGT is targets)
