Affezionarsi ad un attrezzo o ad un condizionamento muscolare è abbastanza consueto, succede spesso..
Impariamo ad usarlo, cominciamo a raggiungere i primi risultati, diminuiscono i doms e ci sentiamo sempre più padroni del movimento..OTTIMO! 
Ma pericoloso soffermarsi solo ed esclusivamente su continui stimoli ormai ben conosciuti, rimanere impantanati in una zona di confort che si, ci conforta, ma è bene creare nuovi obiettivi e spingerci oltre nuovi limiti.
Quindi, consiglio sempre di organizzare la propria settimana di allenamento tenendo in considerazione i fini ultimi di ogni lezione.
Vuoi allenare la forza? La resistenza? La coordinazione??? Comincia a pensarci e sappi che ripetere lo stesso allenamento ad oltranza porta il corpo ad adattamenti muscolari che, con il tempo, rallentano o addirittura ci allontanano dai nostri obiettivi. 
Ora lo sai! 💪

  • Today was a mental battle with these DB drop jumps. 
I managed to do a couple of sets with the 25kg plate and a 10kg plate on top (which was nearly 30” ! 😃). However I think sore legs from 19.5 and a couple of stumbles when I missed the plates got into my head. After that my body would not go. It took a lot of fussing to complete my following sets with just the 25kg plate!
Training often isn’t doing amazingly every single day, and you can even start out going great and then drop off. 
I think it’s how you deal with how your body is feeling/what your mind is doing is most important, as well as using every session as an opportunity to get better, be it physically or mentally! 
Jumping the 25kg for starters was already a win and better than last week, and being able to do the 25kg + 10kg for a couple of sets was heckin’ great for me! 
The goal will be to do 30” in the next couple of weeks...and I would of thought that impossible a few weeks ago! 
Training by yourself can be hard, as you can get so used to “the norm” of what you  think you can do.
Sometimes finding small ways of pushing yourself can go a huge way. 
That’s enough of thought food for now...I personally enjoyed my cranky “finally” after I got the first DB drop jump in the video 😆
