Tag a pancake lover! One of the best parts about these pancakes is that they only require 4 simply ingredients!! I've made them several mornings and they're always a big hit! Also, they store well, so I've whipped up a double batch, and then warmed them the next day in the toaster oven! Cheers to healthy pancakes!
Easy 4 ingredient Pancakes
- 1 cup of oat flour
- 1 cup of unsweetened plant- based milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp of baking powder
Method: mix up all ingredients in a blender until smooth! If the batter seems too thick, thin with a little more milk and fry in a pan over medium! Top with coconut yogurt, maple syrup, fresh blueberries and cashew bits. Enjoy 🌱
|| SPRING PROTEIN OATS ||
I think it’s becoming more and more obvious from my feed that I am a HUGE fan of breakfast foods 😍 this is the newest oat recipes I’ve created and have been obsessed with recently so I can’t wait to share it with you all and remember to save this post if you want to keep it handy :)
• 100g oats
• 1 banana
• 10g protein powder (I use hemp powder)
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• puffed quinoa for topping
➡️ I just cooked the oats on the hob with the berries, the vanilla, the protein powder and around 1.5 cups of water
➡️ Then, I kept on stirring them on high heat until they had thickened up enough to suit my preference, before topping them with lots of banana and other delicious toppings!
Remember there are still a few days left to enter the #fruitymarch competition - I am loving all your entries so far!

How essential oils compliment the human body never cease to amaze me. My teammate Asher shared a story with us and it’s incredible! 😃
Here is my shameless plug for Helichrysum oil. While living in Uganda we didn’t have the option to just run to the doctor & get stitches, so, we were forced during some pretty bloody times to rely on our oils (in retrospect I’m so thankful)! One time we used it to stop our two-year-olds head from bleeding profusely when she fell down the stairs, we used it on my son when he slipped in the shower & busted his head open & well, you get the picture. If you have blood in your body you need to own this oil! I used it when I was hemorrhaging after delivering my fifth baby & the doctor was astounded at how quickly I stopped bleeding. We’ve used it several times on my boy’s faces, & in a mixture that helps support skin healing after burns, & most recently I used it on my five-year-old’s forehead as he took a dive into his scooter. This more recent incident happened while I wasn’t at home and I told the babysitter to put lavender on it (she made it sound like it wasn’t bad-😬 wrong). When I got home two hours later it was still bleeding profusely. I put one drop of Helichrysum on it and it stopped bleeding immediately. Then applied a butterfly bandage since we didn’t have anyone who would do stitches on his face around here.
told y'all i would post pizza numero dos 😋 this is my crazy @modpizza creation: pineapple, jalapeños, spinach, tomatoes, + bbq drizzle. i ate this before my drive to the airport which thank god i did because it took an hour longer than expected + there was a lot of traffic 😥 all these toppings - yay or nay for you?

Ate like a little piggy today and don’t regret it at all
1. Chocolate peanut butter Cheerios (can you believe these are vegan???)
2. A buffalo “chicken” wrap
3. Was going to make pizza from scratch but went the lazy route and ordered a vegan pizza from Panago and just added my own avocado 🤷🏻♀️
🌮 Picked up the @marksandspencer plant kitchen ‘no meat mince’ today as I’ve never tried it before and it was yellow stickered. 🌮
Made a bit of a throw it together style bowl after a session at the running track. I really liked this products, great texture and flavour and I found it cooked well with the spices and chopped tomatoes 🍅
I cooked up a taco style bowl using the mince, paprika, cayenne, onion, garlic and chopped toms, which I had with oven roasted chips, mushrooms 🍄 , onions and peppers 🌶 also cooked in the same spices. Served up with some greens this made for a nutritious, high protein tasty meal. And of course, what meal would be complete without @sriracha_fg original AND mayo?! 😝

Happy spring! I took this photo this weekend in the desert and am blown away by nature. The colors and the power of plants is nothing short of amazing. Why use chemicals when there are so many amazing natural options out there? Okay rant over. But aren’t the flowers pretty 😃 #nofilter#plantpower#natureknowsbest
When someone tells me they don’t like vegetables (aka my mother 😂), I usually tell them to try roasting them in the oven. There’s just something about roasting veggies that brings out their natural sweetness and gives them such a nice caramelized flavor 😋. Not to mention they get perfectly tender but still retain a bite 🤩.
I usually just toss vegetables in olive oil and sea salt and roast them at 450 F for 30-45 minutes and I’m done 🙏🏻.
Sometimes I toss them after baking in homemade pesto when I want something more complex 👩🏻🍳.
Really, if you don’t like vegetables, try roasting them! You’ll love them I promise 🙆🏻♀️.
Please excuse the photo skills(or lack thereof) but this was too good not to share! My mans @stonedtitan90 made this delicious meal from scratch!
A homemade, vegan, protein packed, burger patty and linguine with a homemade, butternut squash sauce! It’s all about the veGAINS!! Thanks for slaving away in the kitchen to make this scrumptious gourmet meal babe! ❤️❤️❤️
I don’t believe any plant food is bad for you.
It’s all good, whether it’s soy, peanuts/cashews, whole grains, coffee, bananas or anything else that gets demonised. These are all great foods for the human body - if you consume too much of it, only then it is not ideal. You can consume too much of anything, even water. The only negative affects of soy ever recorded were from a dude eating like 14 servings of soy every day for weeks, some of which was even REFINED (aka mock meats). The same could happen with flax seed products. But if you were to have 2-3 servings a day you’re fine! Same with anything. Coffee has been shown to reduce colorectal cancer risk by 36%, provide antioxidants and in a MASSIVE meta-analysis recorded by the British Medical Journal showed less instances of heart disease, but if you smash in 200mg caffeine a day/over 1 and a half cups you’ll potentially be increasing risk of heart disease. ☕️ Eat balanced. Eat varied. Eat plants. 🌱 Eat proteins fats AND carbs - LOTS OF FRUIT, veggies, nuts/seeds, legumes, a few WHOLE grains here and there. Some processed foods are amazing too (tomato paste instead of fresh tomatoes for example) tempeh tofu etc.. don’t be stupid and eat nothing but oven chips, baked beans and soy nuggets.. but a bit a week won’t hurt. 🌱👌
All these people quitting veganism demonised a certain food product at some point and avoided it for months/years. Some ate only fruit, some ate only potatoes, some drank their own piss, some jumped off buildings/lifted weights every day but ate a low protein diet, some did massive juice fasts (say what you want but this fucks up your hormones and your triglycerides leading to terrible artery/skin health) 🌱 some avoided nuts/seeds 🥜(essential for fatty acids/brain/nerve health), some didn’t eat grains/cooked food at all, Some went as far as to not eat whatsoever for 25+ days.
Colour me surprised 🙄 that you’d give up on that ‘diet.’ Veganism didn’t fail or fall short, it was just a series of irresponsible decisions.
Look I’m all for a juice fast/water fast/intermittent fast but same with food this kinda stuffs gotta be done in moderation/doses.
All plant foods are good for the human bod
A GOOD BURGER FOR DINNER
A few weeks ago Grandma told me on the phone that she was craving a good burger. Since she’s on the verge of going plant based I told her the next time I’m home I’ll cook her a vegan burger for dinner. So tonight I cooked up @beyondmeat burgers with @followyourheart American & provolone cheese + sautéed onions & avocado. Along with smashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, & roasted asparagus. Along with Grandma, @midwestmommamiller, & my Aunt Starr enjoyed every last bite of dinner. But we greatly missed @kass.n.creations & @kenzie_jeanne. 😘❤️

Spinach Za'atar 'Cheese' pasties!
So good!!! 🌱💜💙💜
Did you know? Our Za'atar 'Cheese' is especially made for us by the fabulous @tyromancy_cheese!! Za'atar, is a generic name for a family of related Middle Eastern herbs from the genera Origanum, Calamintha, Thymus, and Satureja. The name za'atar alone most properly applies to Origanum syriacum, considered in biblical scholarship to be the hyssop of the Hebrew Bible.Wikipedia
