I have a very weak wrist and every time I go up it’s pain but no excuses bro!  Just know that your 37 is very safe from me 😂Keep teaching us 🙏🏿💪🏿

  • YES! Finally made it to 10... I didn’t hit my goal of getting up to 11 but I’ll take 10... for now 😉. Scientists say that men who can do 40 push-ups massively decrease their chances of getting heart disease. I did 55 - totally shattered the recommendation lol. I’ll be revisiting this again next week to see if I can go up to 11

  • FRIDAY CHALLENGE!!! ❤️
Today’s Challenge was a good one. The triple 10 was a 10/10 🤣
Four circuits took me an hour, but I did take extremely little rest to fit that in.
I listened to the stories of the queen’s who’d been before me and used fairly light weights for everything. C1 was the hardest for me by far, all of the presses and raises! C4 was my favourite as I love goblet squats and sumo goblet squats a whole lot!
I had two challenge wins today (and I think that is what challenge is about, doing things you didn’t think you could do!); 1. I did three whole rounds of 60 seconds plank push ups. 2. I did three rounds of the 10 push ups on my toes, three rounds of diamond pushups on my knees, and three rounds of renegade rows - and my form has improved loads on all of them! YAY! 
I’ve posted two of my favourite quotes today, both relate to how I feel about the queenteam and life in general! Happy International Women’s Day to you all - you are my daily inspiration.

  • 60 diamond plank push ups in 60sec challenge! 🔥
(close grip, form a diamond shape with your hands by joining your index fingers and your thumbs of both the hands to each other)
It was a failed attempt after two trials. I could do #53  push ups in one minute. But we only learn the best from our failures. And failure is what that drives you harder to your goals. We all must respect our failures and learn maximum from them.  Try this 60 in 60 challenge. You might fail initially, but you'll definitely achieve it with consistency. Try not to break the diamond and the plank.   • Medicine ball hand offs while doing sit ups. It isn’t easy. Switch the off the ball to each hand when you sit up and repeat. Also, I was able to do some plank pushups and worked my arms tonight. Summer is coming! 🙌🏻

  • Plank press up... challenge. 
1. Do 1 Press-up 
2. Go into forearm planks and hold for 5 seconds 
3. Back into press up position 
4. Do 2 press-ups
5. Back into plank position and hold for 5 seconds 
Repeat this until you get to your max press-up. 
I started with 5 press ups. 
Start where you feel comfortable and Increase by 1 press-up daily and see how far you get in 21 days.... LETS GOOO

  • Day 3 of my February pushup challenge in progress...

My goal is to shoot for at least 100 pushups a day and hit the 300 mark at least 3 times each week. For added challenge and to hit multiple muscle groups, I can't do the same type of pushups 2 days in a row.

I'm still playing a little catch up since I was sidelined on Friday, but knocked out 300 yesterday with a combination of knuckle and traditional pushups. Going for another 300 today, so only 11 more sets of this and I'm good! 😊
