  • “You’ve done it before, you can do it again.” 👈🏻 That’s what I told myself as I pushed play ▶️ on my first postpartum workout 4 weeks ago. I‘ve pushed through these programs, followed this nutrition plan, and trusted this process for the past 2 years. I was in the BEST shape of my life prior to getting pregnant with my second babe👶🏻, so it’s no surprise that I jumped right back in after being released by my OB. I knew this lifestyle would work to get me back to feeling like myself again, but dang, it’s been tough! Despite working out through my entire pregnancy, my postpartum body was SO different! I lost so much muscle tone and strength. Everything got soft and I was so so tired.😴 It’s sometimes hard to see myself look so different, but then I remind myself that this body created, grew, and protected a tiny human for 9 months! I’m proud of that soft squishy body, but I’m excited to be getting back to feeling “normal” again! 🙌🏻

I’ve had a lot of people {especially new mamas} tell me that they wish they had my motivation; they wish they had my energy; they wish they could do what I do. So I decided to share my secrets! 🤫

▪️I stream short, effective workouts from home.
▪️I follow a simple nutrition plan {NOT a diet} with treat meals built in.
▪️I stay consistent with my routine.
▪️I check in with my virtual wellness babes daily for support.
▪️I exercise my mind and work to develop myself from the inside out.
▪️I make self care a priority, and I don’t feel guilty about taking time out for me.
▪️I don’t make excuses.
▪️I decided that I deserve to LIVE my life, instead of just existing, and I quit quitting on myself.

And YOU DESERVE THAT TOO! Let me help you. Let me show you that your health is an investment {not an expense} worth making; your happiness is priority; and your life is worth living! So you can choose to keep “existing”, or you can BELIEVE IN YOUR INNER BADASS and join me mama!🖤
