Sharon Tate in 12+1 and Margot Robbie in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. This part of OUATIH seems to take place around the time Sharon left Los Angeles to start working on 12+1 and the style of the poster reminds me of this particular 12+1 scene. Who else is looking forward to the film coming out in July?
I’m sure by now everyone has seen the new poster for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. What has struck me about it is that it does capture that sort of wistful look that Sharon had for so much of 1969. Margot’s expression and body language are very much Sharon, and even though it’s just a promotional poster I think we’re really starting to see why Debra Tate is so in favor of Margot’s portrayal.
Brought (bought) from another land solely to serve as trophy wife/arm candy to a man-baby that is CLEARLY unfit to rule/lead a country. Makes the most of it by living an opulent life and dressing fabulously while most of the country is barely scraping by. Most likely had/is having an affair. People hate her because of her husband (even though she barely knows what’s going on at any point in time) and would GLADLY send them both to the guillotine... or to jail... whichever is more convenient. And, of course, “Let them eat cake.” >> “I really don’t care. Do u?” #MelaniaAntoinette#HistoryRepeatsItself
We’ll be getting the first trailer for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood very soon. In the meantime I looked at some of the paparazzi shots from the 2018 filming and the photo of Margot with her hair in curlers reminded me of Sharon in curlers during the filming of The Wrecking Crew in 1968. What makes it even more interesting to me at least, is that they were filming a scene where actual lobby cards and a poster from The Wrecking Crew were visible.

I bought a @kodak#Printomatic camera this past week so I figured I’d see what it was all about. The color seems to be naturally a cooler temperature, and as in most instant cameras, they aren’t meant for quality, but the print quality may be the main factor in that. Overall for $15 I can’t complain though.
