Viel zu lange gabs hier kein Porridgerezept mehr für Euch. Deshalb wurde es mal wieder Zeit, mein liebstes Rezept mit Euch zu teilen. Ich frühstücke diese Bowl nahezu täglich. Was gibt’s bei euch so zum Frühstück? Auf meinem Blog fndet ihr übrigens noch einen Beitrag zu verschiedenen Porridge Variationen. Schaut doch mal vorbei! . ➡️Zutaten: 
250ml Mandelmilch 
50g Haferflocken
15g Vanille Whey 
Toppings: 1/2 Banane, Heidelbeeren, gepuffter Quinoa und Granola .
➡️Rezept: 
1.) Die Mandelmilch mit den Flavour Drops verrühren, die Haferflocken hinzugeben und rührend aufkochen lassen, bis die Flüssigkeit reduziert ist. 
2.) Den Topf vom Herd nehmen und das Whey unterrühren. 
3.) Alles in eine Bowl geben und mit Banane und Heidelbeeren belegen. Anschließend den Quinoa und Granola drüber streuen.

  • these easy banana oat pancakes are the perfect lazy Sunday morning brekkie 🥞🍌 // recipe: blend 1/2 cup oats (use GF if required) and 1 tbsp ground flaxseed in a blender until it’s formed a flour. Add in 1/2 a banana, a pinch sea salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2-3/4 cup plant milk and a little maple syrup or sugar (optional) and blend until smooth. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of the batter (I like using a small ladle or ice-cream scoop so they’re all the same size) into the pan and smooth into a circle. Cook until little bubbles appear on the top, flip, cook for another minute and remove! Add your fave toppings and enjoy ✨

  • LOADED PROTEIN OATS 🤩. .

Why choose one topping when you can have them all? 😏 followed my usual oat recipe then loaded them up with lots of fruit, chocolate, granola and peanut butter for the dreamiest post-workout bowl! Give it a go and you won’t be disappointed. .

RECIPE: microwave 60g oats and 250ml almond milk for 2 minutes. Stir, then add in 50g liquid egg whites and a scoop of @theproteinworks butterscotch ripple whey (~30g) mixing well. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring at regular intervals until thick. .

Ingredience na 1 malou dortovou formu:
🎂60g špaldové mouky
🎂60g ovesných vloček
🎂Silken tofu 2 balení
🎂Holandské kakao (5g)
🎂3 vejce
🎂Prášek do pečiva
🎂4 kapky flavdrops (jaké máte)
🎂50g třtinového cukru
🎂Mandlové aroma
🎂50g jahodové marmelády
🎂10g slunečnicových semínek
🎂Rozinky na ozdobu .

Postup:
🎂Do malé mísy dejte vločky, mouku, aroma, flavdrops, semínka, prášek do pečiva a 3 vajíčka
🎂Ve vedlejší smíchejte Silken tofu s kakaem a cukrem
🎂 Poté tofu přilijte k moukové směsi a metličkou promíchejte
🎂Takto hotové těsto nalijte do formy vycpané pečícím papírem a dejte do předehřáté trouby péct na 170°C cca 20-25minut
🎂Nakonec vychladlý korpus rozřízněte na polovinu a pomažte marmeládou

  • Made lots of applesauce this morning. I peeled and cored them and simply pureed in the blender with a little water and cinnamon. Topped our oat and banana pancakes with it this morning. Got four thumbs up 👍👍👍👍 Fifth thumb was still a win because she doesn't like bananas but liked these pancakes! #jessicaskitchen .

  • warm stovetop oats with bananas fried in coconut oil and cinnamon have been my obsession lately 🙌🏻 always with a big pool of nut butter on top and my current favorite is @georgiagrinders new hazelnut butter. just roasted hazelnuts and salt... super simple just like this bowl which is how I like it. i’m enjoying the peace and quiet before Justin gets home this afternoon from a bachelor party weekend in Vegas... 😂 send prayers. hope you all have the best Sunday! // #matchaandmargs

Przepis na zdrowe batoniki owsiane😋
🔸Składniki
- 100 g płatków owsianych🥣
– 1 banan🍌
– 1 jajko🥚
– około 30-50 ml mleka lub napoju roślinnego🥛
– ulubione dodatki, np. kawałki gorzkiej czekolady🍫, suszone owoce🍇, orzechy🌰, wiórki kokosowe🥥
🔸Sposób przygotowania
W wysokim naczyniu zblendować jajko i banana. Dodać pozostałe składniki i wszystko dokładnie wymyrdać.  Piekarnik rozgrzać do 180 stopni. Ciasto na batoniki przelać do silikonowej formy i piec około 20-30 min. Upieczone „ciasto” kroić na batoniki, gdy ostygnie.
🔸Ja do moich batoników wybrałam pokruszoną gorzką czekoladę i dodatkowo zrobiłam polewę. Roztopiłam w rondelku 2 kostki czekolady z odrobiną mleka i polałam nią batoniki. Moja wersja jest słodka i mocno czekoladowa 🤤🍫

    Przepis na zdrowe batoniki owsiane😋
    🔸Składniki
    - 100 g płatków owsianych🥣
    – 1 banan🍌
    – 1 jajko🥚
    – około 30-50 ml mleka lub napoju roślinnego🥛
    – ulubione dodatki, np. kawałki gorzkiej czekolady🍫, suszone owoce🍇, orzechy🌰, wiórki kokosowe🥥
    🔸Sposób przygotowania
    W wysokim naczyniu zblendować jajko i banana. Dodać pozostałe składniki i wszystko dokładnie wymyrdać. Piekarnik rozgrzać do 180 stopni. Ciasto na batoniki przelać do silikonowej formy i piec około 20-30 min. Upieczone „ciasto” kroić na batoniki, gdy ostygnie.
    🔸Ja do moich batoników wybrałam pokruszoną gorzką czekoladę i dodatkowo zrobiłam polewę. Roztopiłam w rondelku 2 kostki czekolady z odrobiną mleka i polałam nią batoniki. Moja wersja jest słodka i mocno czekoladowa 🤤🍫

Just in the evening mix 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1 tsp of flax seeds, 1 tsp of honey and 1 cup of Greek yoghurt and leave in a fridge till morning! Top with Your favorite fruits and grab a spoon! Motivated? Have a great and sunny Sunday 🥰

🌿Combine 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2/3 cups milk, + 2 cups sugar in a sauce pan on medium heat. Heat throughout but do not let boil.
🌿Remove from heat and pour over 3 cups quick cooking oats. Stir until combined.
🌿Mix in 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips + 1/2 tsp (or as much as you like) Peppermint Vitality
🌿Spoon onto wax paper. Let cool and harden. Enjoy!
