2018 was a serious year of growth for me. Mentally and physically. I got strong AF, gained a good amount of muscle & pushed myself to some uncomfortable limits. I’m happy with where I’m at but I’m ready to cut down & see everything I’ve built this past year.

Not going to lie, there have definitely been days I haven’t felt my best. Just feeling sluggish, tired & heavy in my own body.

  • Change happens with consistency .  Ready for the week , this only took me an hour once the kids were in bed.  Tidying my eating right back up the next few weeks . Gotta keep grinding!

  • pagi Lokalate Run - lari serentak di 25 kota seIndonesia.. siang gowes remidi 100k. walo target 100k nya tdk tercapai siang tadi krn ada urusan mendadak yg membuat gw hrs mnghentikan petualangan gowes surabaya- sidoarjo.. but its oke lah.. 43,6k dalam 2 jam 2 menit.. not bat lah edisi..gk istirahat blas.
pulang lari beberes rmh & langsung bikin pose yoga tanpa mandi 😁 upss 😅.. trus gowes start on 12.50 alias d siang hari bolong ..haha.. gile bokkk.. pace lari juga gk jelek2 amat buat yg udah jarang biangett lari. 😁

  • Anzeige | Bin gerade stolz wie Bolle. Die letzten 37km auf dem Weg zum #RomaMarathon sind geschafft. Und die waren alles andere als leicht. Nach 26km ging kein Schritt mehr und dann habe mich sogar erstmal für ein paar Minuten einfach aufs Feld gesetzt. Aber das ist ok. Durchgezogen ist durchgezogen 💪🏼🥳 Jetzt habe ich noch zwei Wochen Zeit mich von den Strapazen heute zu erholen und das letzte Feintuning vorzunehmen. Habe vorhin schon mit einem Mittagsschlaf nach dem Lauf angefangen 😄 wie war dein Wochenende bisher? #nevernotrunning (P.S. das Bild ist nicht von heute - so sehe ich nach 7km, aber nicht nach 37km aus 😜)

2)исключить из рациона питания вредные продукты (чипсы, сухари, газированные напитки)
3)тренироваться минимум полчаса каждый день.
4)каждый день уделять полчаса дополнительному образованию (тетрадки ЕГЭ и все такое)

  • My husband also started this journey on the @21daymealplan on February 7th with me and I think it's time we show him some #mealplanbabes love! I'm not sure how many men are on this plan but if you know of some they aren't alone!! Can we just take a moment to appreciate that back muscle too 😍😍 we have both come a long way through our lifestyle change but of course not without eachother support!! I'm proud of you my sexy Mann 😘😘

I recently received a message from a wonderful woman on our team saying " My tummy feels slimmer and I feel muscles where I haven’t in years. Makes me happy!" And another message from another wonderful woman saying "I'm down 18 pounds!" These women decided to stop waiting and start doing!!! I guarantee they are happy that they did!

  • Exactly one Year  Ago I Entered This Magical Place. Soon, I Realised it is something that's exactly Meant for me ;  Yes, The Gym. It was the place where  I realised, My True Passion Lies . It was Much Simpler Than the World Outside, I was Just Supposed to Push or Pull. No Bullshits. Nothing, It was Just me and The Iron.❤️ They say “IRON never Lies". I would add up , "IRON never Betrays too".💪
Sad, Happy , Broke ..Or a Low Feel. Gym's always There.❤️
One Year Completes with No Days off.💯 Not Even a  single One. I'm so Happy and Excited For What Goes on Next , in the Coming Years.
And Yes, Six Packs These Summers.😉🤫

I would add up , "IRON never Betrays too".💪

Badly enough to get up early? To find a place in a city you’re unfamiliar with to do your program? To figure out how to be ok in subfreezing temps? To do it even though you forgot your watch, or your music, or whatever piece of gear you usually have?

Badly enough to stick to your nutrition on the road? When you’re stressed? When it would be so much easier to just eat whatever?

Badly enough to not let stupid crap get in your way? Badly enough to not make excuses not to?

But I did it all and did it well and my legs are better for it 🦵🏼⁣

What got me through it? 🤔⁣
I want to say a montage of Carol Danvers getting knocked down, but always standing back up played through my mind as I pushed through to the end 🦸🏼‍♀️⁣
But, honestly, I attribute it all to habit 🤖 It was Saturday and it was leg day and so it had to be done and so it was 💁🏼‍♀️
