Day 9: I was nominated for the 10-day farming family challenge. Every day I select an image from a day in the life of farming that has had an impact on me and post it without a single explanation and nominate somebody to take the challenge. That’s 10 days, 10 farming photos, 10 nominations and 0 explanations.

As a rebel I don't follow the rules and want to share few words about every photo:
It is exactly 2 years from this moment. 2 years ago this little calf, Enya, was born. Her mom didn’t take care of her and before I noticed that, calf had already got so much cold she was almost frozen. I took her inside, to our sauna and started warming her up. I worked for hours to warm her up massaging her and working hard to get her back to life. Finally it worked and Enya revived. I got her to drink milk and she started acting like a normal calf. This photo is taken by my hubby when he came home and me and Enya were taking a nap after hard morning. Even though Enya got better, unfortunately her mom didn’t take her back or cared for her and we didn’t get any other cow to do that either, so I became her foster mom. I bottlefed her for 8 months and took care of her even though she stayed with the fold the whole time. During that time we bonded very strongly. We still have very special connection and she will always be very special to me and has an important role in our farm.
