Lately mine has been:

✔️ measure HRV, productivity, stress with @welltoryapp & @polarglobal H10 ♥️ ✔️ journal 📔 ✔️ workout 🏋🏼♂️ ✔️ cold shower 🚿 ✔️ read or @blinkist for 15 min 📖 .
If I get 50% of these done, then I’ve succeeded in my morning routine. Set the bar low and build momentum 🔑

On Saturday 30th March I will be joining Dorset Mind for a walk on Canford Heath. It’s a FREE event and would be great to see as many of you as possible there!
Back in January I attended a number of these kind of events that were being held to promote the #REDJanuary campaign. This campaign was all about promoting the benefits regular exercise can have on your mental health.
As you know this is something I am incredibly passionate about and spent a lot of time promoting this through my social media pages. The walks were so well received by those of us that attended that Dorset Mind have kept the walks going as a #WalkForWellbeing . These are held on a monthly basis and I have kindly been asked to lead the walk this month at a place I regularly love to walk, run and explore... Do not underestimate the impact walking and talking can have on your mental health. Why not be proactive, get some fresh air and join us at the end of the month?
It would be great to see as many people, families (and dogs) as possible.
