Evening stretching classes for my students. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 on martial arts.
𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 : Although stretching is very important, heavy stretching too often can lead to injury, and it won't let the muscles heal properly. Too much of good things can be a bad thing. Stretch sparingly in a week. Static stretches are good, but do it at the end of the training session.
