  • Chocolate Goji Berry Squares!
The perrrrrfect snack 
Ingredients:
- Cup of oats
- Handful of almonds & walnuts
- Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop organic whey protein (natural chocolate flavour)
- Pinch salt
- 6 medjool dates (soaked in boiling water)
- Drop of vanilla
- 2 tbsp cashew butter 
Topping:
- Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup - Dark chocolate pieces (85% cacao) - Tbsp goji berries 
Method: 
Simply blend all the dry ingredients together and then the wet ingredients in a powerful blender (nutribullet works well). Press into a small tin/container. 
Mix topping ingredients together, spread on top and decorate with chocolate pieces and Goji berries. 
Store in the freezer & enjoy! ❤️❤️

  • I’ve always considered myself a free spirit, wanting to try new things, experience new people, cultures, ways of doing things. Not loving rules, lol 😂 .

These days being a free spirit means bucking the system in a good way. Not following the “old way” of doing things, not popping a pill for every ill, not eating processed anything and everything for a quick meal, worrying about my impact on our planet because even though I’m just one person my impact matters. Those old outdated ways of thinking just don’t fly anymore in my worldview and mindset, out with that old stagnant thinking and in with the new healthy outside the box mindset

Think outside the box even if you do it in small ways at first. One small change you can make is in your health choices. If you could take dozens of harmful chemical out of your home and swap them for all natural choices wouldn’t you at least try it?
