s u n r i s e - at the Taj Mahal 🌝🌘✔️
We arrived first and originally had this spot all to ourselves (more in IG stories!) but there’s something about the colors in the line of people filing in that I just love.
✧ Sunrise is worth it, gates open at 6am. To be the first in line you’ll need to get there around 5am.
✧ Buy tickets online so you don’t need to wait at the separate counter!
✧ Our recs for photo spots: while facing the Taj Mahal- from the second platform overlooking the fountains & from the mosque archways on the left side of the Taj (where we took this photo!)
Early wake-up is worth it to see the light change and crowds file in. We tend to prefer photos without other people but this photo is an exception...agree? #finduslostpresets

HAPPY HOLI from India! 🇮🇳🌸
This lesser-known celebration is Flower Holi, or Phoolon Wali Holi. It only lasts 20 minutes but instead of colored powder, everyone throws (thousands!) of flowers. I’ve been dreaming of experiencing this ever since seeing a photo awhile back and it’s INCREDIBLE, a gem of Holi!
Who’s been watching our stories from India?!🎥 Just saved all the Holi ones in our highlights if you missed them! #finduslostpresets#finduslostinindia
In life, not every dream comes true.
But for the one that does, hold it, feel it, sink it in.
It will teach you that while you have to let some things go, there are still a lot of other things that you can cherish and no one can take them away from you.
For me, it has to be my dream to travel around the world. ❤️
When was the last time you didn’t look at your phone for a day? Ok realise that might be a little unrealistic, how about a couple of hours?
If you’re anything like us then you probably check it habitually every couple of minutes, even when there’s nothing to check it for. If you’re an iPhone user and really want a shock then check your app usage... it will probably scare you a little bit.
This is what we did and it certainly shocked us... so much so in fact that we decided we needed a change... it just can’t be good spending that much time staring at a screen.
So we’ve decided to do phone free evenings twice a week. This is something we tried before and it was great, but over a period of time we slipped back in to our old ways... not this time!
Now I realise the irony of me telling you this on Instagram... and assume you’re most probably reading it on a phone... but our message isn’t no phones it just less phones and at the least conscious phone usage.
Would love to hear you’re thoughts on this and maybe even a few of you fancy joining us for a couple of phone free evenings a week.

Sarnath, where Gautama Buddha first spoke of Buddhism to set the wheel of dharma in motion. One of the most holy sites known to Buddhism, here Gautama said “I have given up extremes of either luxury or asceticism. I have discovered the Middle Way". Explaining the four noble truths 1. There is suffering; 2. Suffering has a cause; 3. The cause is removable, and 4. There are ways to remove the causes. So as to remove the causes the Buddha prescribed an Eight-fold Path: Right speech, Right action, Right livelihood, Right effort, Right mindfulness, Right concentration, Right attitude and Right view. - quoted from Buddhanet
