When it means to be whole, it is to know that it's okay to be afraid of losing yourself again. That there might be days when you won't have it all together but that it's important to remember you can start over.
You can rebuild.
You can grow different roots.
You can breathe new air.
It is believing that letting go can be an opportune to freeing yourself.
It is giving yourself freely to a change you are unaware will cause on you.
Like having faith that sunshine can come in many different angles and still be as bright as it ever was.

Happy almost Friday friends! Today I had a very busy day, lot of teaching and cycling around the city which left me literally exhausted. I didnt have time for my home practice but took very nice Hatha Flow class lead by my friend @kk_jana that energized me for the rest of the day😍🙏
Now I am finally home watching Friends, eating Tofu Thai Udon noodles and having a glass of wine 🍷 enjoying and being grateful for all the opportunities life gives me and in the same time keeps me busy but not overworked 🙏✨ Day 3 for #SwingAndMatYogis with Halasana.

I release stagnant energy that has built up over the past season. 🌻
Not only the stagnant energy through this past season, but I release stagnant energy that has built up over a life time. Unprocessed emotional pain that I have stuffed down deep. Last night I went to a breath work circle for the equinox and preparation of the new season. The energy that was stirring up and flowing was and still is unexplainable. I am more than ready to acknowledge, thank, and release any and all stagnant energy that does not serve my highest good. 🌻

How open is your heart?
The mere action of opening up the chest and energetic heart space can be enough to change some people's mindset. We often close ourselves off emotionally and physically when we are so caught up in our own worries and concerns. This is often evident from our posture; our back is rounded and our chest collapsed, enabling us to avoid any emotional contact with others.
Closing off our hearts has a profound negative impact, leaving us feeling isolated and disconnected. If you identify with this behaviour, embrace it, feel it and open up to it. Allow yourself to be vulnerable.
Chest opening asanas allow us to connect to the Anahata (heart) chakra which is the energy centre for love, compassion and emotion in our bodies. With heart openers, we may feel a release of upset emotions, as well as a flood of joyful emotions. The effects can be immediate and also long-term.
Just remember that when you open your heart, you open the door to infinite possibilities.

Dear friends & fellow yogis, in conjunction with Bali Spirit Festival, a German TV station will be filming to make a documentary about yoga in Bali in my class tomorrow, Saturday at @yoga_pranava at 9:30 - 11:00 am during my Creative Vinyasa class.
I would be so happy if you can join me as part of the community to share that experience together showing the world our passion and joy doing our practice. This 45 minutes program will be aired for ZDF TV channel Germany as well as in other European countries such as France & Spain, highlighting the best of yoga life in Bali, the roots of Bali culture, surf, the festival, the lifestyle and the essence of what Bali is all about.
