Ingredients:⠀
Soft Cookie Base:⠀
3/4 cup almond flour ⠀
3/4 cup coconut flour ⠀
1 tsp vanilla paste ⠀
3/4 cup buckwheat grouts soaked overnight ⠀
1/2 cup coconut oil ⠀
6 tbsp water ⠀
3 tbsp maple syrup ⠀
2 tbsp cacao powder leave this off for a blond base ⠀
⠀ 
Creamy White Layer:⠀
1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut ⠀
1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight ⠀
4 tbsp coconut oil ⠀
2 tbsp maple syrup ⠀
⠀ 
Fudge Layer:⠀
17 dates soaked overnight ⠀
1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight ⠀
3 tbsp coconut oil ⠀
3 tbsp water ⠀
pinch of pink salt ⠀
1 tbsp cacao powder ⠀
Raw Chocolate Top⠀
1 3.17oz dark chocolate bar ⠀
2 tsp coconut oil ⠀
⠀
Instructions:⠀
Soak cashews, dates and buckwheat overnight submerged in water in separate containers and in the refrigerator. Drain and rinse the next day for use in this recipe.⠀
Line the pan with parchment paper.⠀
Make the Base⠀
Put all base ingredients into a food processor.⠀
Process until thoroughly mixed, and press the resulting sticky dough into a pan lined with parchment. I smooth the surface by putting another sheet of parchment on top and pressing with a spatula.⠀
Pop this pan into the freezer while you make the soft layer. ⠀
Make the Other Two Layers⠀
Process those ingredients, and press this mixture onto the first base layer, and put back in freezer while you melt the chocolate bar in the microwave at 60 seconds. ⠀
Once melted, pour onto the second layer and refrigerate the slices with a cover of foil or parchment. Once chocolate is solid - doesn't take long, uncover and slice. Enjoy! #veganfoodspace #vegantreats #treatyoself

Ingredients
Soya mince:
1 cup dehydrated 
Mixed herbs: 2tsp
Smoked paprika: 3 tsp
Smoked salt: 2tsp
Aquafaba: 1/2 cup
Chickpea flour: 1 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp more to add later
Tomato paste: 2 tsp

Method:
1)Preheat oven to 175C
2) Cook soya mince in water as per the packet instructions. I place mine in a bowl and pour kettle boiled water to cover it upto 1 cm above the mince level, then place a lid over the bowl and leave for 5-6 mins till mince is cooked.
3) In a bowl mix all the listed ingredients along with the cooked mince. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes
4) Take out of the fridge, add unto 1 Tbsp more flour if required then shape into balls and transfer to a lined and greased baking sheet. 
5) Cook for 20 minutes in the oven till done. You can finish of in a pan with olive oil to brown of the outsides. Enjoy!

1️⃣ in a high speed blender (this is crucial to get a thick, ice cream like texture and so you dont have to mix in too much liquid) blend around 2 frozen diced bananas🍌 (dice them before freezing to give your blender some slack😂), a good handful of frozen diced zucchini (i promise you cant taste it it just bulks the recipe up and adds some extra nutrients! You can just add more banana or frozen cauliflower if you don’t want to use zucchini ☺️), a tablespoon of raw cacao🍫, half a teaspoon of @superfeast JING🍄 (a FANTASTIC herbie blend for adrenal health, energy, kidney function, stamina and libido plus it adds an incredible depth of flavour to the raw cacao🤤 if you’re trying to get off coffee and nourish the adrenals this blend will become your best friend) and a tablespoon of raw cashews (this adds extra creamyness🤤)

To make the potatoes, I sliced them and tossed them in some olive oil, white vinegar, and sea salt and baked for 20 min at 425 F. .
I always get asked about poached eggs tips, and my advice to you is to google Mark Bittman’s tips. That’s what helps me!

The answer to all of the above it entirely depends on you, but there are a few facts/tips that we can use to help us make the best decision for us 😀

❎ Skipping breakfast to lose weight - cutting out a whole meal will mean that your overall calorie intake is down, therefore you’re more likely to be in that all important calorie deficit (yay). However, the likelihood of wanting to overindulge later on in the day might be higher which might eliminate your calorie deficit or mean that you end up eating more 😫

❎ Doing cardio before you eat (Fasted cardio) doesn’t make a shred of difference compared to doing cardio after eating.
➖
❎ Go to tips for breakfast are making sure you get a helping of protein in there (Eggs, protein powder, meat, salmon) and get some form of fruit/veg in there (Berries with your oats/cereal, banana on the side etc)

  • Heute habe ich mal wieder Hummeln 🐝 im Hintern 😅 aber es ist Restday und ich habe Urlaub ☀️ also habe ich den Vormittag mit Gartenarbeit 👩🏻‍🌾 und Backen gefüllt! Heute habe ich mich an #carrotcupcakes 🧁🥕🧁 probiert 😍

100g fein geriebene Karotten/Möhren
60g Whey (Geschmack nach Wahl)
8g Flohsamenschalen (oder mehr)
2 Eier
80g zarte Haferflocken 
1 TL Backpulver 
Gewürze nach Wahl (Stevia, Xucker, Flavdrops, Zimt etc.) - ich hatte Sweet Love von @justspices 👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳
Alles miteinander vermischen und dann unter Rühren mit ca. 250-300 ml Wasser zu einem Teig verarbeiten. Das Ganze in 12 Silikonmuffinförmchen verteilen und dann bei 180 Grad Umluft für ca. 25 Minuten in den Ofen geben. Zahnstocherprobe nicht vergessen.

Für das Topping habe ich 200g Exquisa Fitline Frischkäse mit einem Schluck Wasser und Flavdrops vermischt und Marzipan Rübli von Dr. Oetker verteilt 👌🏻 Ein Cupcake hat übrigens nur 90 Kalorien (mit Topping)!

Blev så förvånad över hur god denna latten blev? Mycket godare än en vanlig rödbetslatte! 
Tina upp frysta hallon och sila bort kärnor till endast saften. Blanda hallonsaften med rödbetspulver, ingefära och kardemumma. Tillsätt varmt vatten till ungefär 1/3 av koppen och rör i lite honung. Skumma havremjölk och häll på. 👄
