.WELL WELL WELL... I went from posting on Instagram every single day & basically living my life through my story, my days were consumed with baking (don’t get me wrong I LOVE baking) but I over worked myself to the absolute max.
.I was filled with constant stress and anxiety about things that in hindsight didn’t even matter. Long days turned into long nights followed by early mornings.
.I knew that I had to make the decision to either- Grow my business 💰and put in 100% OR to stop what I was doing, focus on my mental health and follow a path in doing something that I really wanted to do. (I went with the second option obviously)
.
.I’m currently studying Fitness full time as well as working full time so my life is pretty crazy at the minute. I’m working on a life filled with doing the things that I love and I’m genuinely loving every step of it ❤️
.
.God put me here for a reason and I can’t wait to find my purpose in this journey.
.
.Just a friendly reminder to everyone that it is OKAY to not have it all figured out because I sure as heck don’t and I don’t know if I ever will! And I can happily say that I DON’T CARE anymore 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣

.Your life is so Beautiful and there is SO MUCH MORE to it than the screen in front of you.
.
.I hope that you can all understand and I want to thank every single person that supported my business. ❤️ New things are coming and I’m so excited. .

  • Here’s an important reminder for the end of the week, and something I talk about a lot in What’s Right For Me? We’re probably not going to get away from the fact that systems, including systems of health and maternity care, need rules and pathways and guidelines based on population-level evidence in order to function. If they didn’t, everyone would be wandering about doing their own thing and it would be chaos! Joined exactly one year ago!! What is your favorite workout? Hollywood (mainly because of the DJ lol)

What do you like most about F45? What I like most about F45 is that all you have to do is show up- the workout is all ready for you and the coaches are always there to motivate you- you just have to get there!

What is your best F45 memory? The best F45 memory I have is the first time I did Playoffs. It was so inspiring to see people giving it all for 10 minutes and I loved how it felt like the whole gym came together as a team to cheer on others. It really is like a family!

-2 yemek kaşığı kuru üzüm
-60 gram bitter çikolata (ben %70 kakaolu kullandım)

Tarif : Yulaf ezmesi, süt, bal, chia, kuru üzüm ve hindistan cevizini karıştırarak yoğuralım. Unu kontrollü ilave ederek yoğurmaya devam edelim. Kopardığımız parçaların ortalarını çukurlaştırarak yağlı kağıt yerleştirdiğimiz tepsiye dizelim. 180 derece fırında kızarana kadar pişirelim. Çikolatayı benmari usulü eritip çukur kısımlarına paylaştıralım. Soğuyunca servise hazır ⭐
