1️⃣RDL 2x5-8 1x12-15
2️⃣Quad extensions 2x8slow/8fast straight after
3️⃣Hammy curl 2x8 (1.5 reps) + 1x20 pump set
4️⃣Hip abductor 2x20
5️⃣Rope hammer curls ascending pyramid 4x25/20/15/10
6️⃣Tricep dip machine ascending  pyramid 4x25/20/15 + single arm cable pump set 1x20
