This is my 4th UPW. I actually did my first firewalk when I was 9 months pregnant! Every single time I go, my mind centers in on something I need to improve and I accomplish it!

Aquí te dejamos algunos tips que te ayudarán a tener un gran secado. 👌🌱
Evita 🚫 que las ramas se toquen o estén muy juntas, para evitar la aparición de moho y hongos.
Controla la temperatura del cuarto de secado ❄🔥, mantenlo a 20ºC durante los 3 primeros días, de este modo, los cogollos se secarán rápidamente, pero no demasiado. Pasados estos 3 días se debería reducir la temperatura a unos 17-18ºC para ralentizar el proceso.
Intenta que la humedad 💦 relativa del espacio ronde el 45%-50% durante los primeros tres días. Tras estos 3 días, la humedad debería aumentar de nuevo al 60%, para así poder ralentizar el secado.
Es muy importante que haya suficiente circulación de aire en la habitación, por lo que es aconsejable usar un ventilador oscilante eléctrico. No hay que enfocar el ventilador directamente sobre los cogollos 🌱, porque esto hará que se sequen de manera irregular.

I am so incredibly proud of this sweet boy. ❤️ For the last 12 days, we have been working hard to teach him a new place to put his waste (i.e., pee and poop). AKA: We braved POTTY TRAINING!
With the help of the AMAZING book (Oh Crap! Potty Training for Modern Parents - Everything You Need to know to Do it Once and Do it Right***which I HIGHLY recommend), we approached this as if it’s something we’re TEACHING him.
Because, oh wait, that’s EXACTLY what we’re doing. Putting our waste in a toilet is something that is a socialized behavior. Just like saying please and thank you. And that’s not something they learn on their own. It’s something you teach them. Consistently.
Sometimes they learn fast, sometimes they learn not so fast, but if you’re committed to teaching, and make it fun and not stressful (most ESPECIALLY for them), they will be committed to learning.
It’s just like when I taught kindergarten. The cute 5 year olds had NO idea how much prep I did each and everyday to help them learn and grow. But that doesn’t matter. They learned. They grew.
Holland has no idea how much I prepared to teach him this. But that doesn’t matter. He learned. He grew.
Is he 100% potty trained? I have no idea.
I don’t even know what that means... because let’s be real... as a momma who’s pushed 2 babies out? Even I have accidents. 🤪🙈🤰🏻🤰🏻❌😜😬😅 Just being real. But he HAS gone to a basketball game and had no accidents. He HAS gone to church and had no accidents. He HAS let his dad help him, his grandma help him, and even his nursery leaders help him.
He’s learning so much everyday. And I have so much pride in him as his mom, and so much pride that I could learn what I needed to in order to be his teacher in this. ❤️ He is amazing. I am amazing. And learning? Reading? Growing? Those things are amazing too!
Slow & steady 🍑🍑. to really grow the muscle, you should be incorporating time under tension (TUT) exercises into your routine, the more time under tension creates more damage to the muscle, which essentially leads to the muscle repairing itself and growing back bigger 👏🏻👏🏻 for both exercises: pinch the shoulder blades together, keep the core engaged and really focus on mind-muscle connection and not rushing through it!
