WHOLE WHEAT BAGELS
(makes 12-15 bagels)

Ingredients
2,5 dl oat flour
2,5 dl whole wheat flour 
5 dl regular flour
3 tbsp sugar/sukrin
2 tbsp flax meal
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 bag (50g) yeast 
2 tbsp honey 
1 tsp salt 
6 dl water

Water bath: 
1/2 tsp salt & 1 tbsp sugar (per liter water)
water enough to leave the bagels floating

On top (optional):
1 egg to cover on top of bagels with seeds
(Seed mix)
quick oats
flax seeds
sesame seeds
sunflower seeds

How
1) add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. Mix in water & honey and stir well before leaving it on the bench to let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes. (if the dough is too sticky, you should add some more flour to give it the correct consistency)

2) divide the dough into 12-15 similar pieces (depends on how big/small you make them) and shape into balls. Cover your finger with flour and use it to pierce a whole in the middle of the dough ball and shape it like a bagel

3) place bagels on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and leave to rise for another 30 minutes

4) then, bring a large pot of water to boil and add the salt & sugar (sukrin or any other low-calorie/healthy sugar can be used, like i did)

5) add the bagels to the boiling water and let boil for 2 minutes on each side. My pot suited 4-5 bagels at a time, and i used spoons to flip them over

6) when finished remove them from the pot and place back on the baking sheet

7. (optional) brush with whipped egg and sprinkle some seed mix on top before you bake the bagels in the oven for 20 minutes on 220C/430F (depends on your oven) or until they´ve turned light brown

8. let cool on a baking rack before slicing into halves. Tastes amazingg with avocado or nut butter & banana!🥯

Kunne det friste med pølsehorn til madpakken? Du finder 3 forskellige måder at lave dem på, så de bl.a. er lidt sjovere for de små sjæle 😌.

Jeg har altid en stak liggende i fryseren til madpakken eller hvis jeg skal have en hurtig frokost. 😋 Du kan også bage dem med ketchup i - så er de nemme at snuppe med på farten 😍

Det er godt å kunne stelle fint med hverandre og gi hverandre små gleder i hverdagen 💚
Det er nok noe i ordtaket at veien til en manns hjerte er gjennom magen 🙊
Det handler nok om å kunne snakke hverandres «språk» 💏
Det er fint å vite at en «enkel liten frokost» etter nattevakt, kan gi så my glede💙

Veldig godt, sunt og enkelt brød å lage! 
Oppskrift; 500g sammalt hvete fin, 1 ts natron, 1 ts salt, 3 dl kefir og 2 dl varmt vann. 
Bakes ut på melet underlag. Form til et glatt og rundt brød. Skjær et kryss på toppen slik at det gjennomstekes lettere. Stekes på stekebrett med bakepapir på 200 grader i ca 40 min.

Grovt brød. Saus laget av lett rømme, creme fraiche,  kesam eller tomat. Frukt. Maten er ofte sunnere hvis den er tilberedt med koking, damping eller wok. Ingen grønnsaker til retten?
