  • DAY 74/66 🦈😋 #gymshark66 
Whew, what a crazy last couple weeks it has been! I apologize for not getting my final update on the Gymshark 66 challenge to you until now!

In review when I started this challenge at the beginning of the year, my goals were:
❌ Rising with the sun.
⭐️ Pre-planning my meals and tracking my macros daily.
⭐️ Gallon of water daily.
❌ Getting better rest.
⭐️ Daily meditation for a minimum of 5 minutes.

In hindsight (and a recommendation to anyone looking to try this) I decided it would have been better to maybe just stick to a maximum of 1-3 goals at a time 🙈 that way my full focus could go into achieving those goals. Having too many to focus on became overwhelming at times and I found myself beating myself up for not hitting all of them 24/7.

I came out on top with 3 of them though! I now eat well, 💪🏼 which I believe is being reflected in my current training and physique. I can’t live without my gallon of water every day, I need it 💧, and morning mediation 🧘🏻‍♀️ has become my best friend!

I’ve talked about this throughout the challenge - but I REALLY struggled with my sleep schedule, which made rising with the sun and getting quality sleep very difficult. My sleep schedule has been and is still all over the place, especially because I often work late into the night/morning hours. But I’m still determined to change my routines and habits to fix this dangit!

Overall I found so much value in the Gymshark 66 challenge! Having a 66 day time period to reach new goals or create/break habits I feel like is short enough to keep you focused, but long enough to make things truly happen. I encourage anyone who has goals they want to reach or habits they want to break to try challenging yourself over the course of 66 days and see what you can achieve!! #gymshark #gymsharkwomen

Yesterday I had a killer workout of more than 2 hours : deadlifts, hipthrusts, split squats, stiff deads & one leg deadlifts! I was (and still am) destroyed so today im having a restday to give my back some time to recover! -
Tomorrow Ill be going at it again during back day👊🏼💪🏼

  • My favorite reminder & transformation picture. I’ve always been an athletic girl between sports and just being active. College brought me many memories, hangovers and the lbs. But I never realized just how much until I hit 201 lbs and was considered “obese.” I cried for days. Until I realized nothing was going to change until I did. My eating habits, drinking habits, mood, everything changed. Including my lifestyle which obviously costed relationships. But that’s okay, sometimes you outgrow people. I wouldn’t change or trade anything for where I am today. Fitness has become a huge part of my life and I have so many goals to smash. You won’t see results in a week or even a month but keep going, cause when you do see the differences, you’ll regret nothing. #fitness #girlswhoworkout #keepgoing #chickswholift

My highest weight to my not so lowest weight. But since I’m out from running right now, I’m focusing more on weights and I’m definitely seeing I don’t have the arms I used to 👌🏻 I may not be at my lowest weight anytime soon, but I’m okay with gaining some muscle. Because muscle is bad ass, right ? 😉

  • Fitness isn’t always pretty.
This last week I feel off track. Not just skipped the gym once or twice , but ended up eating out and drinking almost every night. I was doing really well, but I decided to take a day off then another then another. Today I restarted @fit.like.faith’s plan , and let me tell you, it felt amazing to be back! The first time I did the plan even the first day was a struggle. Today it felt empowering. So here’s to my ladies who fall off then get back up even stronger 💛

Jag måste erkänna att jag var skeptisk när jag såg menyn- det finns nämligen allt från tacos till pizza och mac’n’cheese att välja på utöver själva burgarna. Om de är proffs på att göra burgare kan de ju knappast vara bra på alla de andra rätterna också, tänkte jag lite fördomsfullt. Men OJ vad fel jag hade! Om vi börjar med burgarna, de var ju verkligen i toppklass! 🤩 Jag åt en SNS som hade burgarost, chilimajo och shoestring fries (suuupersmala pommes) och den rekommenderar jag varmt, fantastiskt god. Till burgaren åt jag deras pommes med ranchdipp, gillade verkligen att det var krispiga pommes men dippen tyckte jag inte var så märkvärdig. Resten av menyn då? Jag beställde en sandwich som var simpel med mycket smakrik och välgjord, helt klart över förväntan! Utöver detta smakade jag på pizzan som min kille beställde och den var också oförskämt bra (för att vara pizza alltså, är ingen pizzatjej). Summering: Konceptet är underbart, små rätter så man kan smaka flera stycken! Överraskande bra burgare och goda alternativ om du är sugen på något annat än burgare. Fullträff helt enkelt, gå dit! 😍

I truly thought I wouldn’t be able to go heavier than 160 lbs but once I finished those 4 reps, I knew I could keep pushing, so I did 😜
