I had one of those days yesterday. And what I did, I got up and had a really productive day!

Actively doing something is always a good solution. The very least you'll get out of it is the feeling of accomplishment! And more often than not it helps you to push through the cloudy days and make them way way better!

Stop feeling sorry for yourself, stop acting as if you're a victim. Be a boss of your life and do something!💪🏼💙

I’m actually shocked that 50000 people think that I’m cool enough to follow me back and like my pictures and see what I’m up to. So thank you for hanging out with me here through my workouts, my fitness and nutrition tips, random thoughts, and talking about things that I like to think I’m funny about. .
About a year and a half ago, I finally got over myself and made my account public. I was too scared of people that I knew actually finding me and seeing it. This was an accountability page for me initially. A way to stay on track and work out, eat healthy, recover from my eating disorder, and connect with other people like me that had the same goals.

Fast forward to now, I’ve met so many amazing humans and have experienced so much because of it. From going to fitness expos, to becoming a personal trainer, to being able to quit my job to be an online coach teaching girls how to create a healthy and happy body and mindset that they love, it’s been a helluva ride.

So thank you to everyone for the endless support, and hang on for the ride because we’re just getting started🤘

  • 🍿Target them lower abs 🍿 I went to bed yesterday and my core was still so sore from this circuit which I did on Sunday 🐢 defo put this one in like the top 5 most painful ab workouts I’ve done to date 😬 sooooo 100% ❣️recommend.

THE WORKOUT:
1️⃣ V sit hold with plate switch overs x 20 reps
2️⃣ 10 scissor kicks into reverse crunch x8
3️⃣ Single leg reverse crunch x12 each leg
4️⃣ Weighted knee tucks x15 (slow)

Repeat x3-4

Bookmark 📚and happy crunching 🎀

I actually love filming for insta when I can, because it allows me to check my form. To target the correct muscle and to do so efficiently requires both the understanding of how to target certain muscles (and what exercises target which muscles) and the ability to see how you perform exercises. Sometimes watching yourself in a mirror isn’t enough- especially since you should be working hard enough to not be evaluating your form every second and from multiple angles.

Starting by learning about different exercises and muscles- research online, ask questions to credible trainers, and if you workout a gym, utilize the professionals there!
Then begin filming yourself and critiquing your form. If you’re unsure, again ask a professional around you. That’s one of the benefits of working out at a truly good facility.

My weight has finally started to stabilise again after my holiday. Yes! It’s taken that long 😬 A combination of a couple of days of high sodium and restaurant meals, as well as being sunburnt and inflamed meant that my weight was alllll over the place! 😂
.
I’m starting to be able to get a clear idea of where my body is at again and ready for the next stage of my journey 💃 Stay tuned! 🧡

I’ve been riding the “superset” train lately and I gotta say, it’s working for me so far. Today I completeD the following shoulder supersets and finished it off with three rounds of core moves (as you can see from the little preview above). .

1st Superset (3 rounds)
- DB lateral raise to front fly (15-20 reps)
- Arnold Press (15-20 reps)
- Bent over DB rear delt fly (15-20 reps)

2nd Superset
- kettlebell upright row (15-20 reps)
- DB lateral raise (15-20 reps)
- alternating DB shoulder press (20 reps)

.
Finish off with three rounds of abs and 25-30 minutes of cardio. 👈🏻

This by far is one of the most amazing programs I’ve done and I’m three days away from completing this one and starting another 4 week program. All of these workout are brought to you by the fitradio app on the IOS/android store and ARE NOT my own. Just giving credit where credit is due folks and this one will challenge you. If you don’t find it challenging, go up in weight. Don’t hesitate when it comes to taking the time to better yourself. You are stronger than you think! 💪🏻
