  • Feels so good to be back in the gym. After injuring my back about 6 months ago I’ve been terrified to lift. It’s affected how I sit, sleep, walk..everything. Forcing myself to not overdue it is a challenge within itself because I’m so hardheaded. But I’m back slowly but surely 🐢

En effet ce sujet peut porter à confusion surtout pour le débutant. 🤔❔
Pour faire simple, la transpiration est une fonction que votre corps possède afin de réguler sa température. 💡♨️

On va donc répondre à 3 petites questions ensemble.
▪ Si pendant votre entraînement vous transpirez énormément, cela signifie que vous faite une bonne séance ❔
❌ Faux ! En effet, chaque personne a un corps différent et réagira donc différemment à l'entraînement que vous lui ferez subir.
Un même entrainement sur moi n'aura pas les même effets sur vous et inversement.
Vous pouvez perdre des litres d'eaux pendant votre séance, ce n'est pas pour cette raison que votre entrainement sera efficace.
Pour qu'un plan d'entraînement soit efficace, c'est beaucoup plus complexe que ça mais nous en parlerons dans un futur post 💪

▪Lorsque nous transpirons, nous eliminons les toxines de notre corps ❔
✔ C'est exact. La transpiration est bonne pour votre santé, elle permet une sorte de detox et d'éliminer certain déchets de notre corps.
Une séance de sauna et de hammam lors d’une de vos journées de récupération est un bon moyen d’allier détente et entretien de votre santé 🛀♨️

▪ Enfin la fausse idée la plus répandue est que lorsqu'on transpire, on perd du gras 👀
❌ Erreur, malheureusement non, transpirer comme une bête ne vous fera pas perdre vos quelques kilos de masse graisseuse 😕

En conclusion, la transpiration a des effets positifs sur votre corps mais n'espérez pas perdre 10kg juste en ayant chaud ☀️🌡
