look, summer may be over but IM STILL GOING TO EAT SUMMER OAT BOWLS! summer fruit is hands down the best fruit in the entire universe! i am trying to eat all of it while it’s still ~kinda~ in season! this past summer i have tried soooooo many new fruits and i am very proud of myself! going from someone who used to fear fruit to now getting excited about fruit!!!! kinda grateful, kinda thankful!!

to make this awesome epic tutti frutti bowl of oatmeal i used:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp @simpletribe beetroot latte powder
combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until SUPER THICC!
top ur oat bowl with banana, raspberries, strawberries, nectarine and @myhemple hemp seeds

anyway oats are literally going to be a staple these next couple of weeks! uni work is picking up and i am working more shifts!!! i won’t have as much time as i used to create wicked bowls which is kinda sad but prepare for some meal prep pics heheheh! anyways happy friday my dudes!!! #vegan
