שישי שמשי שבו בחרנו לתת זמן לעצמנו ולהתמוגג בתוך המבנה הטמפלרי המרשים מהבראנץ' הזוגי המפורסם של קלארו שכולל פורל מעושן 🐟, בורקס קישואים, בייגלה זעתר, מטבל טחינה-חצילים שחור, קממבר עזים ושאר פינוקים בבראנץ' הבראנז'אי הזה 🍳🥐.
משם המשכנו לטייל בשדרות רוטשילד האהובות עלינו, כשלצדנו, לפחות בדמיון, לברדור לבן מכשכש. החום הלא אופייני גרם לנו להאיץ אל מעוז הבירות של ביר באזאר 🍺 כדי ללגום סיידר אלכוהולי צונן מהחבית של באסטרס, מתובל בקינמון, ציפורן וטעמים עזים של כיף. מה שהיה הכי מגניב ביום הזה היה שאת הסיור האורבנ-קולינרי שיצרנו (דפדפו בתמונות), שילמנו בכלל בארנק הדיגיטלי של ת"א 😃 (קישור בפרופיל שלהם @colu_telaviv)

At last sunny Friday we decided to take easily in Tel Aviv. We ate at one of the best brunch in Israel at Claro Restaurant. Smoked trout 🐟, zucchini burek, goat camembert cheese, fresh salad 🍅🥒, eggs 🍳 and many more.
We continued our urban-culinary tour to beer bazar at carmel market to have some great, cold, alcoholic seasoned cider with cinnamon, clove and spices 🍺.
The coolest thing was that we paid with the Tel Aviv's digital wallet (download the app at @colu_telaviv) 💳

  • Tonight’s dinner is another chef João exclusive. This is another one of his creations. The official dish is pan seared scallops, butternut squash and pomegranate risotto. But this dish was a trial run and they did not have butternut squash. I don’t know about you guys but I wouldn’t mind having that pomegranate risotto in my life right about now 😋. Bon Appetit! ♨️

  • Ok everyone tonight we have another Chef Joao❤️ treat. He started his new job at an amazing new seafood restaurant and he sent me this video of one of his creations. The dish is pan seared halibut over butternut squash puree and diced delicate squash and beurre blanc sauce. I don’t eat shrimp but I can still appreciate the beauty of a well made dish. Is he a talented chef or what 😍? Bon Appetit! 🛎
