  • Probably the hardest thing about moving is the trying to eat through all the fresh and frozen food that you had. In an effort to get through some of it, I loaded up on some frozen raspberries in my oats this morning. Just heated them up with some chia seeds and threw them on top of my oats with some peanut butter, nibs and pumpkin seeds. Lots of fiber and antioxidants from the raspberries, zinc and magnesium from the nibs and pumpkin seeds and some heart healthy soluble fiber from my oats. 🌸

1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 mashed banana
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk🥛

Add ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Stir and allow oats to cook for about 3 minutes then remove from heat.✨

👩🏻‍🍳Potrebuješ:
250g maslových keksov

4 PL kokosu
Poleva:
200g kvalitnej bielej čokolády
100g šľahačkovej smotany
Rafaello
👩🏻‍🍳Sušienky rozdrvíme, zmiešame s roztopeným maslom a natlačíme na dno a mierne okraje tortovej formy. Pečieme na 180 stupňov cca 10 minút do zlatista. Na náplň si vyšľaháme tvaroh a postupne prišľahávame všetky ostatné suroviny. Vylejeme na korpus a Pečieme bez ventilátora na 170 stupňov cca 1 hodinu. Počas pečenia máme na dne rúry položený plech s vodou. Po upečení necháme v pootvorenej rúre 2 hodiny, následne vložíme do chladničky na celú noc. Polejeme čokoládou, ktorú sme si rozpustili nad parou spolu so smotanou a dozdobíme podľa chuti.

  • Как же мне полюбился 😋😋😋этот салат! Да так, что решила поделиться его рецептом и с вами!

Нам нужно:
Упаковка салатных🍃🍃🍃 листьев (основа - руккола + айсберг + радиччио и что душа пожелает) Я брала "Белую дачу"
100 гр вяленого мяса🥓 (у меня был балык, в идеале - пармская ветчина)
50 гр. пармезана🧀 (пекорино понасыщенней). Лучше мелко-мелко тертый.
5-6 г.🍅 черри
2 огурчика
2 болгарских перца
Оливки по вкусу

Для соуса:
1 ч.л. абрикосового🍑 джема (1,5 ч.л. меда)
2 ч.л. карри
1 ч.л. горчицы
2 ч.л. растительного масла
2 ч.л. воды
2 ч.л. горчицы в зернах

Что делаем:
Готовим соус: 🍽в небольшую миску кладем абрикосовый джем, карри, горчицу, масло, доливаем воду. Все перемешиваем.
🍽Тонко и на длинные полоски нарезаем мясо (чем тоньше, практически до прозрачности - тем вкуснее).🍽 Черри разрезаем на половинки. Трем сыр на мелкой терке.🍽Обжариваем перчики.
В глубокую миску выкладываем промытые и высушенные листья салата🥗. Добавляем черри, половину балыка, перчики, огурчики, оливки, половину соуса и аккуратно перемешиваем.

Выкладываем все на плоское блюдо. Художественно раскладываем оставшееся мясо, помидоры, посыпаем сыром и поливаем соусом. 
Я салат не солила, т.к. соленого было вполне достаточно.

  • We LOVE a balanced meal! 🙌🏼 3 things to keep in mind when putting together a meal: Protein, vitamin rich veggies, and good carbs. By at least considering these three elements, you have greater chances of creating balance in your diet. Once you have those checked off have fun! Add different textures, colors, and of course RANCH bc what’s a meal without ranch 😂 ?? (i use bolthouse farms yogurt based ranch) •tilapia= great source of protein, easy to cook
•sweet potatoes= healthy source of carbs + rich source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals
•kale, spinach side salad= it’s green...
Kidding! Kale and spinach are among the most nutrient dense foods! Get them in whenever you can. A side salad is a great option and adds volume to fill you up 😋

INGREDIENTS:⠀⁣⠀
3 eggs separated ⠀⁣⠀
25g baby spinach chopped ⠀⁣⠀
1 tbsp chopped chives⠀⁣⠀
1 tbsp chopped dill ⠀⁣⠀
50g grated mozzarella (reserving 20g)⠀⁣⠀
50g grated cheddar (reserving 20g) ⠀⁣⠀
25g grated parmesan ⠀⁣⠀
100ml sparkling water ⠀⁣⠀
Salt and freshly ground pepper ⠀⁣⠀
1 tbsp butter

STEPS:⠀ ⁣⠀
Make your omelette - Separate your eggs, putting the yolks in a small bowl and the whites in the bowl of your mixer, along with the sparkling water. Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks, and then carefully fold in the egg yolks along with the chopped spinach, chives, dill, cheeses (reserving some to put under the grill) and some seasoning. ⠀⁣⠀
Turn your grill on to medium heat. Heat a small non-stick frying pan on a low to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Carefully slide the egg mixture into the pan and give it a little shake to spread it to the edges. Allow this to cook for 1 minute then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar across the surface and place the frying pan under the grill. Let it cook here for 1 – 2 minutes until the cheese has melted and going lightly golden. Take the pan out the oven and allow it to sit for 2 minutes. ⠀⁣⠀
Serve - Slide the omelet onto a plate and carefully fold one side over to reveal the golden underside. Sprinkle on some more grated parmesan and chopped chives and serve immediately.⁣⠀

Selv dager som ikke er helt som man skulle ønske må man jo ha mat og ikke minst prøve å spise litt fornuftig. 
Sei med pannestekte grønnsaker
Kylling indrefilet med wok 
Og grove vafler som jeg endelig er fornøyd med oppskriften på.
Disse er proppfulle med havregryn men saftige og gode. Ungene digger dem og det gjør jeg og. 
God natt <3
