  • This Saturday was my rest day 🙌🏼 But only when it comes to workouts. I still did my groceries, cleaned our apartment, did laundry and we also had to do some maintenance work for our WaterRower. But I can’t wait to start rowing on a daily basis 💪🏼😁 We also cooked Mexican for lunch and my dinner was leftovers meaning ai had to clean my fridge 🙈 Some fried chicken breast chunks, roasted sweet potato and champignons, hard boiled egg, avocado and tomato sprinkled with cress. 110g Joghurt
90g Öl
1 Ei
200g Grieß, Hartweizen
ca. 150g Mehl
1 Pckg. Backpulver
2 Pckg. Vanille 
1 Zitronenabrieb

Sirup:
480ml Wasser
440g Zucker
.
1/2 Glas Grieß zum wenden
.
Backofen auf 180*C o/u vorheizen. .
Dieser Sirup wird nicht gekocht. Zucker und Wasser in eine Schale geben solange rühren bis es klar ist. .
Alle Teig Zutaten mischen und das Mehl langsam dazu geben es muss zu einem glatten nicht ganz festen Teig verknetet werden. Anschließend zu 20 Bällchen formen, evtl eine Nuss in die Mitte legen, und gleich im Grieß von allen Seiten wenden. Auf das Backblech legen und ca 30 min backen, bis es eine leichte Farbe bekommt. .
Nun schnell auf das heiße Gebäck den klaren Sirup geben und mit einem anderen Blech bedecken, so das die Wärme im Blech bleibt und alles gut einweichen kann. Nach 15 min das Gebäck wenden ruhen lassen und dann wieder wenden.

For us though, it was a strong race to the finish. Both the grilled chicken and beef bao were fresh, flavourful and full of texture. Truth be told, we not fans of ramen but this is really worth trying.😊
