I got back to my cut phase FOOD DIARY today 🤗😍 I decreased my calories intake and I totally cut on treats. No more ice creams, cookies and sweets for the next 8 weeks. I will still have sushi or other healthy treats but in moderation 🍣😌 This is an example of my daily menu:
1. 🍎 Breakfast part 1 - bulletproof coffee with raspberries.
2. 🍎 Breakfast part 2 - scrambled eggs (4 egg whites and 1 whole egg) and cherry tomatoes.
3. 🍎 Lunch - red and yellow peppers stuffed with quinoa, beef, avocado oil, onion, garlic and tomato sauce topped with a bit of parmesan cheese.
4. 🍎 Pre-workout meal - whole wheat spaghetti pasta with home made bolognese sauce (ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, olive oil, fresh basil and lots of herbs). 5. 🍎 Post-workout meal - basmati rice, beef steak, steamed green asparagus, lettuce with olive oil and yellow cherry tomatoes.
6. 🍎 Dinner - whole wheat bread with bresaola ham, spinach, avocado and tomato.
Total of 1'831 calories 📝😁 I will eat this amount of food on days when there will be no workout. On my lifting or cardio days, I will increase my intake to 2’100 calories 🤗 Any questions in regards to my nutrition plan on cut? Все мои подружки, попробовав его, остаются вполне довольны, даже те, кто раньше на дух не переносил шпинат.
Мальчиков тоже можно накормить, набросать этим хищникам свежеобжаренного хрустящего бекона сверху или добавить мяса в саму начинку при выпечке. Но на мой взгляд здесь и без мяса вкус настолько сбалансированный, что не убавить, не прибавить.
Песочная основа, практически шпинатное суфле и сладкие черри, это безумно вкусно! А готовить проще простого, обязательно испеките!

Housework Monday today! The place is clean again... for a day or so 😂. I met up with mum and her friend carol for lunch, and we went to #wetherspoons . After lunch Macie was asleep so I walked around town for a bit, by the time I got home it wasn’t long before I had to leave again to meet mum for food shopping. -
Breakfast was a chocolate fuel oats pot with a caramel egg and a nakd bar. Also had the muller light yoghurt a bit later on in the morning. First breakfast was amazing, the caramel egg melted so well. The yoghurt on the other hand was very disappointing. The actual yoghurt didn’t taste of much, and the chunks all tasted the same, and that wasn’t even good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Lunch was lasagne and salad at Wetherspoons.
Afternoon snack was some jelly topped with cream and a pear.
Dinner was a bake at home baguette with chicken slices, a very ripe avocado and some carrot sticks.
Dessert was a chocolate mug cake with strawberries, raspberries and a couple of the strawberry double dough cookies. -
Total calories for the day was 2,897 with 110g of protein.
As y'all may know, we love cooking in the kitchen as much as we love eating out, but if there's something we like even more, it's a quick and delicious recipe! This one right here is SO good, and it uses our favorite @dorothycreamery cheese. AND our recipe is competing against other food bloggers' recipes for $500 towards the winner's charity of choice. All you need is shrimp, mayonnaise, Dorothy's cheese (we used Keep Dreaming), pepper, bread, and green onions. Mash the shrimp, combine everything else except the onions, and load up the slices of bread. Put them in the air fryer at 325-350 degrees for 10 minutes and enjoy!
Takes less than 20 minutes total, so you'll be crunching on these bad boys in no time. Keep in mind you can substitute any type of cheese you want, but we love Dorothy's because it's handmade using rBST-free milk, and Dorothy herself is a total #girlboss ! She is a pioneer in the cheese industry and was the first woman to graduate with a Dairy Science degree from Iowa State. Incredible! Meal planning helped me make someone I haven’t made in a long time. Banging shrimp from @skinnytaste It’s creamy, sweet and spicy. A serving is 4sp so my dinner was 10sp. Felt good to know what was for dinner without the weeknight scramble. #bangingshrimp#wwdinner#shrimpandrice
Trying more meals from Performance Meal Prep. This next phase of the challenge is focused on low carb so I got more of the keto meals. My only exception was the Venison Bolognese since according to the owner, comes once in a blue moon. It sounded really yummy too! *
Breakfast: Peanut Butter Milkshake- 302 cal.
Morning Snack: Sliced Apples And Almond Butter - 329 cal.
Lunch: Venison Bolognese - 448 cal.
Afternoon Snack: One Protein Maple Donut Bar- 220 cal
Dinner: Keto Bang Bang Salmon- 523 cal. *

This is my first time to try the coffee tasting flight in here.
The staff gave me a brief introduction of four different form of coffee item I got which include two different kinds of brews. Amazing experience！
New #cookbook !!!! Have one other as well. Flipped through the pages and found several curries to try! Now to take time and look at the second cook book I purchased. Curries are so healthy and delicious. Can't wait to experiment more with them
