Monday Workout Challenge of the week, you asked for abs and this is probably my favourite routine .. 🎦 
Save & ❤️ it.. .
1️⃣Plank Pikes
4 sets x 15 reps 
2️⃣Single Leg Pushups (advanced) 
4 sets x 10-12 reps 
3️⃣Hips Drops
4 sets x 20 reps 
4️⃣Plank Saws
4 sets x 20 reps 
If you cant do the single leg pushups, try normal pushups or on your knees .. 45 seconds rest between sets 💛💚💛💚💛💚💛 🎧 Spotless - Martin Garrix

А вообще все круто :) мало народу, в основном мужикчки в адидасах, да девушки за 40 😏
