Il y a des épreuves difficiles dans la vie, certaines qu’on a vécu, d’autres qui arriveront dans le futur.
Nous n’avons pas le choix, c’est la vie qui veut ça, la seule chose que nous pouvons contrôler c’est la façon dont on va franchir ces obstacles. 👊🏼
Se servir de ces moments pour devenir meilleur, pour apprendre.
Derrière une mauvaise période arrivera toujours une très bonne période.
Pour qu’elle arrive il suffit juste d’y croire. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

  • #transformationtuesday left is me at 18 and right is now at 25 so 7 years later and about almost 50 pounds later. 😂 guys anything is possible if you want it but this is truly a lifestyle, you can’t expect to be huge overnight. It took me 7 years just to get here and it’s going to take me many more to get to where I am even happy. Even then, I will never be satisfied. Let’s get this y’all!

I’m so proud of this guy. Ethan just turned 16 and took it upon himself to get a gym membership! So excited we have something new to bond over 😁
