Mi rutina para conseguir la straddle planche.
Discúlpen que se vea mal.
▪️Max Holding Tuck Planche 4 series.
▪️Tuck push ups 4 series de 10 repeticiones.
▪️Pike push 4 series de 5 repeticiones
▪️lean planche holding 2 seg por cada repetición y hago una push ups (cinco veces)
▪️quemar intentos a straddle planche.
Bare face? Who cares when your ab lines are on point 💦💪 I don't have ripped abs 24/7 and it's perfectly fine with me! Your body fat percentage needs to be extremely low for them to show! Some are just more lucky than others. I'm certainly not one of these people 🤷♀️ As you can see, good lighting is my bestie 😂

#transformationtuesday left is me at 18 and right is now at 25 so 7 years later and about almost 50 pounds later. 😂 guys anything is possible if you want it but this is truly a lifestyle, you can’t expect to be huge overnight. It took me 7 years just to get here and it’s going to take me many more to get to where I am even happy. Even then, I will never be satisfied. Let’s get this y’all!

First day back home —> gym sesh with my not-so-little lil’ brother
I’m so proud of this guy. Ethan just turned 16 and took it upon himself to get a gym membership! So excited we have something new to bond over 😁
