These are my absolute favourite spelt pancakes. They are so light, fluffy and delicious, perfect for weekend breakfast or brunch.

Recipe makes 6 pancakes 
1 1/4 cups organic white spelt flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla bean
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Instructions
Combine spelt flour and baking powder. In a large bowl add coconut oil, milk, maple syrup, vanilla bean, apple cider vinegar and mix well. 
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble. Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used. Served warm with maple syrup and red currants. Enjoy!

✅Filé de Tilápia fresco (descongelado) 
TEMPERO:
Alho amassado a gosto 
Suco de 1 Limão (colocar no filé antes do tempero) 
1 pitada Pimenta do reino moído
1 pitada De páprica doce 
Sal Rosa a gosto 
Azeite de oliva extravirgem 
1 Cebola fatiada 
1/2 cebola picada

MODO DE FAZER:
No tabuleiro onde vai assar o peixe, faça uma cama de 1 cebola fatiada.
Coloque o filé temperado por cima da cebola, salpique cheiro verde por cima e azeite de oliva extravirgem.
Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido a 180° por 45 minutos. 
Enquanto assa o filé, refogue 1/2 cebola picada no azeite de oliva extravirgem, acrescente pimenta biquinho, cebolinha e sal Rosa. 
Após o filé de tilápia estar assado, finalize com o molho por cima.

Ingredientes: •60 ml de zumo de naranja recién exprimido. •10 g de harina de coco.
•10 g de harina de arroz .
•60 ml de claras de huevo.
•Un huevo.

Procedimiento: 
Mezclamos todos los ingredientes bien y en una sartén antiadherente servimos un poquito de la mezcla y la giramos hasta repartir la masa homogéneamente, un minuto por cada lado y listo.
🍯🍯🍯🍯
Para la crema he mezclado unos 12 ml de zumo de naranja con 20 g de leche en polvo desnatada previamente tamizada, edulcorante al gusto.
Ahora ya puedo empezar mi viernes!

• 10 g di farina di riso.
• 60 ml di albumi d'uovo.

Processo:
Mescoliamo bene tutti gli ingredienti e in una padella antiaderente serviamo un po 'del composto e lo giriamo fino a distribuire l'impasto in modo omogeneo, un minuto per ogni lato e basta.
🍯🍯🍯🍯
Per la crema ho mescolato circa 12 ml di succo d'arancia con 20 g di latte scremato in polvere precedentemente setacciato, dolcificante a piacere.
Ora posso iniziare il mio venerdì!

Hellooooo! Je reviens, de bon matin, pour vous donner ma recette de pancake fourré comme promis 😋 
Alors il vous faudra :
✅ 75 grammes de farine de patate douce, ici c’est de la @yam_nutrition (mais vous pouvez mettre une autre farine)
✅ 1 œuf et 1 blanc d’œuf ✅ 100 grammes de fromage blanc ✅ du bicarbonate 
Pour le fourage:
✅ une banane ✅ un carré de chocolat 
Vous mélangez tous les ingrédients pour la pâte, vous mettez la moitié à cuire pendant quelques minutes puis vous mettez le fourage, vous couvrez avec le recette de pâte, vous laissez cuire plus ou moins 5 minutes, vous (tentez) de le retourner, moi j’ai galeré ahahaha et vous laissez cuire 5 minutes de l’autre côté 😁 le mien n’était pas assez cuit parce que j’ai pas la patience de le laisser assez longtemps 🙄

Programme d’aujourd’hui: salle ce matin, cours, train pour rentrer à la maison 🏡 après deux semaines à Louvain!

  • STORYTIME | Can you see the runner’a glow on my face here? That picture was taken only a few minutes after the half marathon in Freiburg in 2017, two years ago. I had finished the race in 1:53, beating my finish time from the previous year by almost 20 minutes. Both that fact and those 21 kilometers still seem surreal to me. And this is the story of that day:
They say you can’t run away from pain - except sometimes you can. That day I did. I had been dumped a mere month earlier and I had really hit rock bottom. I was in pieces. But day by day, and actually run by run, I put myself back together. Sometimes running was the only way to NOT think about the separation, the humiliation, the pain, the heartache. In the very beginning I ran so hard that the pain in my legs and lungs numbed all the other pain. Then I eased into running, and the sun and wind and rain, my body and mind relaxed a little more every time. 
When I got up the morning of that half marathon, I knew it would be a special day. It was my favourite running weather - cloudy but dry at 6-7 degrees Celsius - and my whole body was just sooooo hungry to run after 10 days of tapering. My goal was to finish under 2 hours. 
I started the race with the 2-hour-Pacemaker just in sight, thinking of catching up after half the distance if I had enough power left then. After 3 km, I passed that pacemaker. After 6 or 7 km, I passed the 4h-marathon-pacemaker. I kept passing people until the very end, it was as if my legs were running by themselves, I barely noticed touching the ground. 
It was a glorious, happy, exhilarating day. 
In the moment I ran past the university library, the guy who had dumped me came out, of all people, but it did nothing to me. Don’t get me wrong, I had bad days and low moments in the weeks and months to come, but during this half-marathon and after, when that photo was taken, I felt so good and strong and I just knew, really knew deep down, that I would be okay.
That day, I out-ran the pain.

🔺 A typical large egg 🥚 contains 186 mg of cholesterol, more than half the amount previously recommended for daily consumption.
🔸In general, people at risk for heart disease, who have diabetes or who have had a heart attack should pay close attention to the amount of cholesterol in their diet.
🔹But that’s not to say cholesterol makes eggs a harmful choice.
🔸Eggs must be refrigerated and should be cooked fully because there’s an increased risk of salmonella 🦠 with raw eggs.
🔹The American Heart Association suggest one egg (or two egg whites) per day for people who eat them, as part of a healthy diet. 🔹Egg whites provide plenty of protein without the cholesterol of the yolk.
