  • Did you know that the names of Girl Scout cookies vary by region? While most people know them as Samoas, I know them as Caramel Delites. The same goes with Tagalongs. To me, they’re known as Peanut Butter Patties. Although, thin mints are thin mints. I found this out when my Freshman college roommate and I got into a VERY heated debate about Girl Scout cookies. After what seemed like hours of arguing, we took it to Google and found out we were both right. Who knew! Apparently the names vary by which bakery made the cookies. So, with that said, I present you with these Caramel Delite brownies otherwise known as Samoa brownies. And now I’m curious. Did anyone else grow up with the name Caramel Delites or is that just a Silicon Valley thing?? I’m pretty sure Samoas are the more commonly used name. But I think I need to create a poll in stories...

  • Blackened shrimp with lots of veggies 😍 Found some leftover blackened shrimp in my freezer and paired it with easy sautéed zucchini (ready in 7-8 mins), avocado (I know I know I couldn’t help myself😅🤷🏼‍♀️), and tomatoes 👌🏻 Totally feeling like summer with this meal 😍 -

So ready to say goodbye to soups and winter dishes for summery bowls like this 💯 Maybe a little early but you know, a girl can dream 😜 I love finding protein sources (shrimp, chicken, burgers) already made in the freezer and putting them in the cast iron to reheat them 👌🏻 I normally will put them in the fridge the night before to thaw them out but you can microwave/boil to thaw or run under hot water. Just add a tiny bit of oil to the skillet so it doesn’t stick and reheat the shrimp for about 5 minutes- so easy and it’s already seasoned so no mess 🙌🏻 While I’m eating shrimp, Manning is eating socks 😅 We think she ate a sock or two and have been dealing with that issue 💩 this evening haha. Luckily she’s fine but has lost her playing with socks privileges 😂 I’m a little lost without the Bachelor tonight so I’m thinking a long walk with the pups is in order this evening 🐶💕 -

Guten Morgen zusammen 💗
Ich habe heute mal nicht so viel zu erzählen und komme daher direkt zum Rezept 😋.

Das Bild zu den Champignos irrt mal wieder viel zu lange in meinem Handy rum und wollte raus 😃

Die waren echt sooo genial mit der Füllung 😍 Perfekt für alle Knobi-Fans 🤤
⬇️Rezept
•4 Riesen Champignons
•3-4 Möhren
•2-3 EL Saure Sahne •1 Knoblauch Zehe
•Käse (hatte etwas Mozzarella und Babybell Light) •Salz,Pfeffer und auf was ihr noch so Lust habt (bei mir noch etwas Pizza und Pastazauberei von @spice_bar )

Champignons etwas aushöhlen und mit Salz und Pfeffer einreiben. In eine Auflaufform legen. 
Möhren schälen und mit dem Knoblauch, der sauren Sahne und Gewürzen im Mixer pürieren. (Bei mir im #thermomix so 10sek Stufe 6-7) 
Nun die Füllung in die Champignons füllen mit der Käse bestreuen und bei 200grad ca.25 min. in den Ofen geben.

Obendrauf habe ich noch etwas Holy Bolo von @spice_bar gestreut 😍 .
Kommt gut durch den Dienstag 😘

Yet this is categorically untrue because they still contain macronutrients/calories. And whilst such jargon adoring nutritional dust mites actually intend to shed light on minimal micronutrient presence within such foods, they would be better placed to just f*cking say that. Because all food has value, including its enjoyment. 👍⁣⠀

  • Nothing better than some delicious granola to start a busy day. Pecan and buckwheat granola, apple compote, and coconut yogurt 🍏🥥 @levanlondon - a relaxed eatery in Peckham. They only use in season ingredients so the menu changes regularly. If you like wine, then this is a good place to come (although not with breakfast, because then we’d have a problem).
