I’ve spend the last seven days in the Middle East trying to find new purpose and motivation. Exploring Jordan together with @visitjordan has been an unreal experience. -
Thank you guys for one of the best weeks in my life!! Hope to travel again soon @email@example.com#visitjordan
Imagine driving this serene stretch of road westward, 4WD 56 mph towards the glow of the sunset horizon. Wind flying past our face, rustling our hair! Until we decided to fly over the next upcoming hill 😆 Upon flying over the hill, we abruptly braked our car. Greeting us ahead, were HUNDREDS of large cattle. Blocked by a herd of roughly 300 free roaming ranching angus bulls and cows. For 2 miles, all we could see were cattle as we snaked through slowly with 7 other tourist cars tail gating behind. Through the remaining golden hour, we naturally took pictures 😍
It was a humbling experience traveling through Kaupo. Leaving the wet, cool forest in Kipahulu behind, we entered arid dry terrain. Driving along dusty dirt roads through withered grass and neglected roadways, we entered one of the last few remaining strongholds of 100+ year old cowboy cattle history!
Butterflies in my head: I just realized my mind has been running at 100mph without me even realizing it.
This Sunday I slept through the day and after waking up, I had a hard time going back to sleep, obviously. No social media, no other distractions, just silence in the dark without feeling tired. I realized how hard it was to just focus on one single thing.
