And yet play it I did. Each morning I would adjust myself and smile on the outside, with a dance in my voice. And each night I would allow myself to greive whilst preparing for the next school day. Looking back I'm so proud of myself, looking back I'm in awe of my strength, I was a tough young soul. Life happens, you still have to show up, no matter how heavy your heart is. No matter how deep the primal pain or loss. Being a mother doesn't afford the privilege of giving up. Being a mother gives you the drive to rise from the deepest of holes, sometimes over and over. A message to my 21yr old self would be this. Life is laden with painful expressions, that make way for joyous jubilation. Never give up. Never surrender to defeatism 🥀

You are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions.
They do not define you and we can chose to change them if they are unhelpful thoughts and emotions.
We are simply the observer.
It does not always feel like this, and it can be difficult to let go.
But being able to observe is a powerful tool that can change anxiety into peacefulness, fear into confidence.
I had a client this week who was anxious about an upcoming presentation, through becoming aware of what he was experiencing and choosing a different perspective he felt a lot clearer and more confident completing it.

If you feel like crying then please just do it don’t hold yourself back don’t try to control it but let it be let it flow and let it go. When we cry it can be for many reasons but usually it is because we need to release emotions it also means that if you refrain the process it will only make you feel bad. It is OK for anyone to cry for a woman for the kids and ALSO for a man to cry. Never feel ashamed and never let anyone make you feel ashamed of your emotions. #Emotions#peace#release#positivity#beauty#mydubai#cry#acceptance#selfacceptance#love#instacool
Spring Equinox. ❂ My keyword is PRIORITIZE. Truly a time of beginning, rebirth, growth, a time to jump in with both feet and begin again. It is a great time to move our relationship with ourselves into the forefront of our awareness, we have the choice to either be a better friend to ourselves or a bigger bully. It took me forever to put my relationship with myself first, to be able to find mySelf, my real self. And I’m certain that will change with time. But with that, I also found a stronger backbone, a sense of courage, happiness, love and my passion. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Keep exploring. ◌ ◌ ◌
Take an inventory of where you are right now. ◌
Body: Am I satisfied with the ways I nourish my body? How can I make even better choices? ◌
Mind: Am I feeling fed, challenged, expanded, and interested? Am I growing? ◌
Spirit: Am I satisfied with the definition I have for spirit? How can I get more in touch my spirit? Is there a place within me where I can find peacefulness, wisdom, and guidance? ◌
Emotional: How am I coping with my current challenges? Is there a flow of different feelings, or do I find myself stuck on one emotion? Do I feel balanced? ◌
Social: How am I connected with the people in my life (family, friends, partner, coworkers)? What’s working, and where do I want to make changes? ◌

Upgrade your shower routine. Hang a bunch of fresh Eucalyptus + a few drops of Raven added to a streamy shower (we plug the drain + add 1-3 drops to the shower floor). And then grab your personalized body wash! Did you know the Bath & Shower gets base is unscented? I pour half into a jar and save it for later, then add 10-15 drops of my favorite oils and shake it up! Sacred Mountain, Stress Away & Ylang Ylang are my favs 😍 Then when I run low, I refill & repeat with a different blend! Who’s tried this? What’s your favorite oil to add?

How many times have we chosen the LIE because acknowledging and digesting the TRUTH is painful. The TRUTH often shatters the “ideal” of what we’ve hoped for. It uncovers the reality that nothing and no one we can touch and see will answer our soul’s cry. Let your HOPE be in the TRUTH that NEVER CHANGES, MAKES YOU WHOLE, and SETS YOU FREE.
People who love (lies) hate the light and don't come to the light. They don't want the lie to be exposed. But whoever practices the truth comes into the Light, so that it may be seen clearly that what he has done has been accomplished in God.” (John 3:20-21)
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. (Rom. 15:13)
